REALLY Outstanding Coincidences

This is so interesting that I feel like someone told Bedtime Stories of National Treasure and it came true XD Sorry, movie obsession creeped up on me. I’m not even sure what I just said made sense. shrugs

But seriously, these are really amazing coincidences that blew me away. (BTW I did NOT find this out all by myself. I’m sharing what someone else shared with me).

Abraham Lincoln was elected to Congress in 1846.
John F. Kennedy was elected to Congress in 1946.

Abraham Lincoln was elected president in 1860.
John F. Kennedy was elected president in 1960.

Both were particularly concerned with civil rights.
Both wives lost their children while living in the White House.

Both presidents were shot in the head on a Friday.

You still reading? Good. 'Cause you haven’t read the really weird part yet.

Lincoln’s secretary was named Kennedy.
Kennedy’s secretary was named Lincoln.

Both were assassinated by Southerners.
Both were succeeded by Southerners named Johnson.

Andrew Johnson, who succeeded Lincoln, was born in 1808.
Lyndon Johnson, who succeeded Kennedy, was born in 1908.

John Wilkes Booth, who assassinated Lincoln, was born in 1839.
Lee Harvey Oswald, who assassinated Kennedy, was born in 1939.
Both assassins were known by their three names.
Both names are composed of fifteen letters.

Are you surprised yet? Wait, there’s more…

Lincoln was shot in a theater named “Ford”.
Kennedy was shot in a car called “Lincoln” made by Ford.

Lincoln was shot in a theater and his assassin ran and hid in a warehouse.
Kennedy was shot in a warehouse and his assassin ran and hid in a theater.

Booth and Oswald were assassinated before their trials.

And here’s the kicker:

A week before Lincoln was shot, he was in Monroe, Maryland.
A week before Kennedy was shot, he was with Marilyn Monroe.

Freaky, isn’t it?

Hold up, I’ve still got something else to share:

 1. Take out a U.S. $20 dollar bill and fold it like this:

 2. Fold it like this, as accurately as possible:

 3. And fold the other end the same way:

AND now simply turn it over…

Whoa! See that?

And not to mention that 9 + 11=20. (As in 9/11, and $20)

My face was: :open_mouth: I’ve seen that US$20 note thing before and it does seem a bit freaky, but it’s human nature to take signs and use them to predict events after the fact.

Very interesting find there BDD. I have heard of those corincidences before, but those are just truely really cool.

If you say “bloody mary” three times in front of a mirror in the dark she comes to get you. I’m making this face, BTW.

BDD: I’ve heard this being read to me once by my mother, who found it over the internet. I couldn’t believe how weird it was! :open_mouth: But I have honestly never seen that $20 bill thing before! Wow! Only God could have known, huh…? We humans are just a tad too slow on these things… :unamused:

I read this on a chain e-mail like years ago. But needless to say, it still freaks me out. Wow, the American government is probably the most famous in the world for cover-ups.

Scratch that. Conspiracies are everywhere. Area 51, Freemasons, Opus Dei, Illuminati, 9/11 was premeditated, Jesus had a child with one of his disciples…

We all choose what we want to believe, I say. We see what we want to see.

To quote an exchange between Damien Lewis’ character and his cop partner from one of my fave shows, Life:

Crews: It’s all connected, Reese.
Reese: What is?
Crews: It is.

It’s very Zen. We’re all just parts of a greater force at work. Like an enormous clock.

China has us beat.

That’s pretty cool, bright dot-dasher! Though these sorts of things do remind me of a maths conference I once went to when a mathematician started a lecture by projecting two pages of the Bible onto a big screen. Within minutes he had managed to circle about twenty different words all to do with 9/11 and was forming them by sort of diagonally joining up letters and that sort of thing- it’s difficult to describe, but it was pretty cool seeing it like that. Basically the point was that these sorts of things can be found anywhere if you look hard enough, but it doesn’t stop them from being awesome and fascinating.

LOL…

I Wonder if Obama has anything in common with Lincoln, Kennedy, or even F.D. Roosevelt. Since he really wants to copy all of the together.

It also works on the $5, $10, $50, and $100 bills. bored.com/foldmoney/
FOLLOW THE LINK!!! And I’ve been on Snopes.com many times, but never knew that others knew about it! BTW, the New World Order and Apocalypse are upon us. 2012.

I already knew most of those, but they are so cool!!!

And I have a 9/11 coincidence. Check this out!!! http://www.breakthechain.org/exclusives/q33ny.html

BURN-E, you’re worried about 2012? I’m not too woried, but still, really interesting.

WOW!!!

That was CREEPY!!!

Hey, i smell a novel coming on…

Holy crow, mo, I’ve done that before!!! Creeps me out, but why the Star after the Skull? I never got that… or did I!!! Did I? Hmmm…

BTW, I’m not too worried about 2012, but what if…?! It kinda freaks me out when I see all the evidence on the stupid Speculation Channel (known to most as the History Channel, and the Nazi Channel to Rossie O’Donnell).

BURN-E, just in case you didn’t understand the star, I think it means skull + star = Death of Jews. And since America helped the jews…

And here’s a little something about 2012. No Doomsday in 2012 - Universe Today

enjoy

The whole 2012 thing has been done before (but obviously with different years.) I remember watching a programme about this group of people who all believed that the world would end in 2006, I think it was, and they had all of this evidence, and then when it didn’t they looked very silly.

Did you scroll down to the bottom of the page and read what was written there? copypasta

Not to say the Wingdings coincidence isn’t interesting.

And about 2012… That is going to be one of the best years of my life… because I’ll be able to vote that year! People should never live in a state of fear of the unknown. What’s best is to focus on the day-to-day and whatever happens in the future is gonna happen. But there’s absolutely no way you can predict anything for certain. Y2K was a joke, and I’m sure a lot of people are gonna feel quite stupid when 2012 rolls around. :stuck_out_tongue:
