Ohhh! So that’s the problem! Heh. Curse my lack of knowledge of Photoshop. Thanks for the tip, JesusFreak; I really needed it!
Great graphics, by the way! I love the Colette montage, the “thumb” avatar, and the “Oh no…please…don’t kill me!!!” signature. Your “Incredibles” “experiment” is wonderful, as well. Great stuff! Keep it up!
Thanks Mitch! In ImageReady, if you go to Windows>Optimize, you can change the format there. Or you can change it when you click Save Optimized As… under File(ImageReady is a program that comes with Photoshop, in case you didn’t know ).
Here’s the final for the Colette mini-montage…The backgrounds seem to change every time I make a custom color…The real background was pink and violet, but now it’s brown and red…oh well, still looks ok…
JesusFreak - Nice montage! I absolutely love the backround and text used in that last clip featuring Colette’s name. My only complaint is that, in the graphic, Colette’s name is spelled wrong; there are two 't’s and only one ‘l’. Other than that, it looks great!
Yup!!! When I did these, I noticed a lot of little thing like that, including Bob’s eyes looking over at Mr. Huph for a tiny millisecond right before he is thrown. Seeing all of this detail gives me an even greater desire to work with CG!
JesusFreak - I know – it’s absolutely incredible. If you ever have the chance, you should take a moment and watch the Ratatouille teaser trailer frame by frame. The little expressions and movements that Remy makes are so subtle, yet hilarious to watch. The amount of detail that is integrated into that teaser alone is proof enough in itself that Pixar takes their time to make anything and everything look decent and eye-catching. Amazing…
Hmmm…I dunno…I might do one more for The Incredibles; the part where Bob throws the spherical transportation vehicle at the two guards by the gate. That would be kinda fun to do…After that, I’ll probably do some Monsters Inc., then some A Bug’s Life.
