Do you think that the tabloids caught up to Sally after the movie ended? I mean, Mater was teasing them at the end, and the Dinoco helicopter coul’ve heard it. But maybe he can keep a secet, but when Lightning was found, the microphones could’ve caught Lightning calling for Sally.

Hm, who knows? But I bet they will find out soon, since Lightning is a famous race car. So it could appear in every newspaper and in the news that Sally is the girlfriend of Lightning. But I don’t know how they will find out. Maybe the Dinoco helicopter could tell the tabloids, we don’t know for sure. Or one of the reporters heard Lightning calling out for Sally and figured that she is his lover. Or they were spying on the two lovebirds.

honastly, i dot know why all those repoters wernt intrested when lightning was talking to sally after he was found. i wouldv thought they would consider it big news. i guess it would ruin the moment.
Maybe they were more concerned about getting Lightning to the race? Nah, his relationship would be HUGE news to them, right? 
I know! its not like they’d say “Oh, this huge star, instead of acting happy when we find him, calls out for this girl multiple times and then delays getting into his truck to talk to her, and seems really hurt when he has to leave. But, of course, who cares about that?”
