Ha ha ha, that is funny drewster. I bet “the search for more money” would be a cool tagline for it though. 
If they had the whole voice crew back playing their original parts then i go see it.
Most likely i still go see it even if they had different voices but i still hoping for the oringal crew including Wilson and newman.

Well of course I would see it. It’s Pixar, which means it’s pretty much a given that I’d see it. Being the crazed Doc fan I am I’d love to see something more about his story but I guess most people know enough about it. But I’ve read so many versions of it, I’d be interested to see what Pixar’s take on it would be. I’m not saying that’d be enough for a whole movie, but that’s my opinion
I’m not quite sure about this, but, when I was looking up… well, Up, I found a list of plans for upcoming Disney movies, even though I’m not sure if it’s reliable. Sure enough, Cars 2 was on the list. There was even a brief summary:
All the world’s a racetrack as racing superstar Lightning McQueen zooms
back into action, with his best friend Mater in tow, to take on the globe’s
fastest and finest in this thrilling high-octane new installment of the
“Cars” saga. Mater and McQueen will need their passports as they find
themselves in a new world of intrigue, thrills and fast-paced comedic
escapades around the globe. “Cars 2” is being directed by Brad Lewis,
producer of the Oscar(R)- winning film “Ratatouille.”
Sorry about the spoiler, but I thought some people might not want to know. Better safe than sorry, eh? 
Anyways, I think a good plot would center around one of the other characters, aside from Lightning. I don’t know if it would be epic enough for a movie if it was all about, say, Luigi or something. You never know. 
Oh geez … they’d better not have a sequel. 
The first one was so predictable and not very popular, at least not amongst older audiences - why have a second? And there really isn’t much more to add to the story that hasn’t been said already.
Cars 2, is now officially confirmed! It is set to be released in Summer 2012, so long time to wait!

To Fairly Odd New Yorker: There is a world of cars, Cars just told the story of American cars; while in Cars 2 we are going to see different cars from different nations. Expect German, Japanese, British and other cars in the movie.
danwisbey mentioned that Mater-National (the game) may have been a sneak peak at some of the international characters we may see. I hope they include the DRH but probably not. 
Well I’m kinda excited to be able to revisit them. As long as it’s not all Lightning & Mater. I hope some other characters (cough Doc) get decent parts too. It does remind me of the Mater-National synopsis though…But hey, British characters. Cant often go wrong with Brits
Yeah, see, to me, that doesn’t sound interesting at all. You can do the same with a lot of other films. I dunno … hopefully it’s interesting, if we’re lucky it’ll be more interesting than the first, but I doubt it. Pixar, prove me wrong!

Ican’t wait for the sequel, I sure hope the 4 Dudes Wingo, DJ, Boost, and Snot Rod come out again but with more to say than just a few words.
Robotoad, oh I am sure they will come back. The viewers loved those cars so why not bring them back? Even for a little cameo.
I wouldn’t count on it; but they were forced to pull Bessie in that one scene, maybe they live in Radiator Springs now?
