Seems like Fred Willards character in WALL-E is called Shelby Forthright. Look at the links above they confirm it (to some extent).
So I guess the President of Buy n large is called Shelby Forthright.

Well, Hover Chair Mother is the newest character announced, obviously, but back on topic with Shelby Forthright, guess what the actor who portrays him, Fred Willard, has to say about WALL-E:

Well as you can see Fred Willard himself has said exactly what he will say, and how he will appear in the film, so there’s no more room for speculation. 
Interesting. I wonder why the name Shelby though? that seems like a girl’s name to me…
Just reminds me of Plankton from Spongebob, but his name was Sheldon, which is considerably more masculine. Pixar are generally pretty good at picking names that match the characters’ personalities though, so I’m sure when we do actually see Wall-E, the name Shelby will make more sense.
There’s a reason for the name “Shelby Forthright”. Forthright means “truthful” or “honest” and Shelby sounds like “Shall be”. Shall be truthful. In the movie, he is anything but because he lies to everyone that Earth is looking great and the clean up is going well.

Well first off, that name sounded wierd, so I looked up the word forthright and then I did a big search on Shelby here, and I found a site (forgot what site) and it told about him lying
