I thought other Cars fans would appricate this. Last night on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, Michael Wallis, the voice of Sheriff, was interviewed for his book ‘David Crockett’

They talk a bit about Cars, but mostly about his book. I love Sheriff’s voice, so listeniing to his voice was awesome, plus he’s quite a character!

Isn’t this the guy who wrote a biographical history of the Mother Road? It was sort of Pixar’s tribute to his work that they hired him to be the voice of one of Radiator Spring’s longtime residents. 
He looks exactly how I pictured Sheriff as a human. I love his voice, too.
