Well, it looks like Snotrod but I don’t think it is actually him. Maybe that car is based on him.

I know! It looks different though, because his back end is smaller and Snotrod ain’t got stripes on his hood. Does he? xD
That car’s a Camaro…similar to Snotty with the color and the supercharger. Kinda a typical rodded out muscle car.
