So what computer games do you like to play?

Hi

Just thought I’d start a topic to see what games people play in their spare time, particularly if their playable online in which case you might be able to meet up.

I’ll start with my favourite games:
•Final Fantasy XII
•Mario Kart Wii
•Warcraft III (although only for the custom games…)
•Monster Hunter Freedom

I like others but those are my four favourites. What does everyone else like?

Fallout 3
Call of Duty 4 (World at War sucks)
Gears of War 2
Brothers in Arms: Hell’s Highway
Civilization IV (So I can nuke people, of course)
Bioshock

Pretty much all of these are violent, but it seems that only the violent ones aren’t aimed at the ‘Family’ audience.

Cool, I never really got into shooting games (probably because I’m blatantly terrible at them) I although I did use to play Hogs of War for it’s insane multiplayer.

Bisoshock was a great game, although not one I’d be rushing to play again.

Yeah but here’s the thing…there are a lot of gamers out there who do not consider games played on the PC to be “real video games”. They only count games played on a console system to be “real video games” and they think of us PC gamers as “losers living in their parent’s basement playing World of Warcraft 12 hours a day”. Now not all gamers have that attitude but that’s an attitude that I have encountered myself as a PC Gamer. So having PC Games in a seperate thread is a good idea since some of the titles played on a PC can’t be found for the consoles and vice versa.

Anyway…

The games I’m playing right now:

Madden NFL '08 ('09 not released for PC)
MVP Baseball 2005 (last in series)
NASCAR SimRacing (COT mod)
Bowl Bound College Football
FIFA Soccer 2004
NHL 2004
The Political Machine

Yeah, since there is already a video game thread, and I guess computer games can count as video gamrs, I’m gonna lock this up.

Mods and admins, feel free to unlock this thread if you feel that my judgement was bad.
