He looks like the Disney store Buzz, albeit with a new head and Spanish phrases.

There was a similar Thinkway toy with a Spanish mode, too, but this is obviously new. Yeah, they didn’t change much, but the new box and face really make a difference for the character.
I might see if I can get him for my birthday. I already bought the regular Disney Store Buzz, which is awesome in his own right. This one just looks WAY better! -Omar

The spanish one, No. I’ve seen it as well, and that’s the UK release. The spanish has a yellow-ish colored insert, and the head sculpt is more serious. If I can track down a pic, i’ll share it here.
If you didn’t mean the spanish Buzz, my apologies I am a bit crazy at times.

Does anyone know if his Spanish phrases are grammatically correct? the TSC Spanish/English Buzz’s Spanish phrases aren’t correct.

Yes, the spanish phrases from the Spanish Buzz from Disney Store (USA) are all corrects. Grammar, spanish accent, … every thing is correct. Not like the target exclusive, witch have no correct
Sorry OneEyedBart95, the one form de DS in UK is not a real spanish speaker. Also the grammar and accent are wrong. Sounsd like Tim Allen trying to speak spanish.
Also exist a spanish TSC Buzz but is exclusive to Spain (obviously) had a spanish accent (not mexican). From Thinkway toys and Giochi Preziosi.

I think this is possibly the best non Thinkway sculpt Ive seen to date. The swirly on his chin is too small but other than that it looks great. I’m a sucker for the more plain/angry faces anyway. Still hate the wings on this guy though.

Ok, About DS Spanish Buzz. Grammar is “excelente”, actually the voice is the original one from the TS3 spanish Buzz. Spanish voice from spain not south american or latino spanish… correct accent.
About Thinkway one, and also DS from UK (which is the sameone with non articulated legs) the grammar is terrible, also de accent is awfull. Some kind of a foreing trying to speak spanish. A disaster.
There is also a TSC spanish Buzz, the Spanish version made from Thinkway toys and Giochi Preziosi. And another spanish version form Mexico, the voice and accent changes a lot, Like american and british…

Thanks Sumori; it means a lot! I liked the idea of a Buzz that spoke both Spanish and English, but hated that the Thinkway Spanish/English Buzz wasn’t grammatically correct.Thank goodness the DS Buzz is. -Omar
I just recieved my Spanish Buzz from US Disney Store, and also Jessie and Woody. I´m surprised becose they are complete diferent to the European ones. Much lighter and I think with cheaper material, buy they look adorable. The woros is Jessie but its ok.
Buzz is great, new features the auto retractable helmet, and the karate chop… but loose articulation int eh arms… The spanish phrases are the best all related with toy story I, II and III really cool.
Woody is just the old one with a new sculpt close to the thinkway ones, but not exactly the same… and the fabrics lok cheaper but good enough.
One thing I think is cool about this toy is that it basically has all the features of the actual movie toy, minus the helmet all the way back and the correct face.
I finally got a pic of both of them together.
Spanish Disneystore Buzz does everything that regular Disnestore Buzz does plus speaks 19 Spanish phrases and has the angry (imvho cooler) headsculpt)
