Spring Break!

Thanks guys! =) I’ll let you know how it is. I’m leaving in a just a few minutes.

A113- Yep, pretty much, actually. It does indicate that other people have actually heard of it.

FONY- Wow, that sounds like fun! Hope you have a good trip.

LG: That’s a better way of putting it, yes.

Mr. Stripey tomatoes?

FONY: Hope you have a happy time, FONY!

I’m back - it’s after 1 am in the morning and I’m all messed up sleep-wise because of the three-hour difference. :stuck_out_tongue: In other words, I’m wide awake. I have loads of email to sort through and gasp 716 photos! Most are duplicates … :unamused: But that’s just on my camera alone - I dunno how many my dad or sister took.

After the nightmare it was getting back tonight, plus the exhaustion from the trip in general, and not to mention nearly throwing up on the plane (that seemed to be forever in the process of swervy-twirly landing!) … I’m too tired to talk about the trip. :stuck_out_tongue: But I will, eventually, just for those who’d like to hear about it. I know Cars fans will like to hear about Route 66!! :sunglasses:

If you plan to go to the Grand Canyon - stay a safe distance from the ledge and do not pick up that book ‘Deaths in the Canyon’ because it will just scare you. I did to me; luckily it was after I’d been to the Canyon. :open_mouth:

FONY! Welcome back! I am happy to hear you have had a safe and fun trip.

Sounds like fun, FONY! I look forward to hearing about your trip in more detail.

Sorry about the Deaths in the Canyon book. I just don’t understand why people would build a town right next to one of the most dangerous places in the world, but anyhow, did you go on the Grand Canyon Skywalk? If not, don’t. It costs a fortune just for 5 minutes of walking on glass. You can’t even take pictures or video! :imp:

Glad your okay, though, FONY. That rim freaked me out, too. Remember that scene from A Bug’s Life where Flik sees the dry riverbed? That was inspired by John Lasseter’s first experience at the Grand Canyon.

One word to say about that canyon: WHOA :open_mouth:
