Well, so much for going to the Comic-Con this year. It turns out that I just don’t have the dough to spare, so I’ll be attending college this year… unless I get that job at Pixar. In the meantime, I’ll be blowing a good portion of my money on Up screenings. I save up my funds for a good reason… ![]()

Well, since Up is going to be released tommorow, one thing on my summer checklist is about to be done.
Well, my family is here in Sydney to pay my bro and I a visit, and they have planned a family trip out-of-town for the next four days.
We’re going to the nation’s capital: Canberra! I imagine after we’ve had enough turns on the city’s famous roundabouts, we’ll be off to a ski resort in Thredbo for some winter fun.
So yup, if you wonder where I’ve gone till this Saturday (27th of June), now you know! If you’re in the area, you can join me to shortsheet Mr Rudd’s bed… ![]()
Ugh, ‘Summer’ for me is half gone (it’s practically just the last few days of May to 3rd July), and I’ve been doing nothing except sitting around, surfing Pixar Planet forums and other sites all day long. No overseas vacations (not that I ever have gone overseas before in my life anyway; it’s pathetic, I wanted to go to Comic Con just for once, or E3, or Disney World, or something), no nothing. Just me sitting here with my laptop, acting bored, am bored.
I did go out with some my friends a few times throughout this month, do some bowling, went to this IT show. It’s quite boring, though, those outings. I might go watch TF 2 this Wednesday. It’s the first day of premiere, so there’s gonna be a lot of shallow movie goers, including me.
No Up, because, like I said many times, it won’t be released here till September; sad.
After watching that movie, I’m probably just gonna go back and hide in my house. Yeah, 'tis fun.

My mom may have found me a summer job with a company called Creative Digital Images. They make small films for companies and stuff, so I’ll make some money and get some experience, so once I turn 16 I’ll be able to start that.
On that note, I’m turning 16 this sunday!
Hmm, my plans
Watch Up at least 15 times a month, or 4 times a week minimum
Start working on my PhotoShop skills, get pretty good
Start some 3d rendering, possible animation
Visit my brother in Ohio, sister in Michigan
Save enough money for fall tuition (have to,…)
Get some good fanart up here
Write a signature letter to Pixar with some fanart for Pete
That’s all I can think of so far.
Go to college.
Make some new friends.
Pixar.
Up at least once a day.
Make some good friends.
Carl Fredricksen.
Write a fan letter to Brad Bird, Andrew Stanton & Pete Docter.
Wilderness Explorer T-shirts.
Grape Soda badge.
And make some great friends. [Either in the real world or here.]
Wow, good luck getting enough money for Up EVERY DAY. I’m lucky enough that my tips from work will cover it. I really wanna get my hands on some Up swag as well, the Wilderness Explorer T-Shirt, Carl Mug, and a fan-made Grape Soda spoil[/spoil] Badge, would be amazing. I’m not sure how I could make one, but I want one SO BAD. I’m sure there’s some way to get some custom-made bottle caps.
Yeah…but i really want Grandpa’s.

Three of my viewings were theatrical, the rest were through…other means.
HA! I WIN!!! Lol, yeah, I thought all yours were theatrical. I plan on watching it,… by other means once it gets out of theaters and before DVD. Well, I guess I DO have the record, considering if I had resorted to other methods by now, I’d easily be around the 40 mark.
At least you’re still at it, it’s such a great movie. I’m probably gonna start a 500 project at some point. It’s a bit nuts how many glasses I have though.
Keeping my wallet full is a bit annoying,…
I’m going to make a FILM. Except it will be on my dad’s video camera. Because I can’t afford real film. (sigh)
That’s pretty cool. What’s it about?
YESSSSSSSSSSS
I Got offered a free trip to portugal by a friend!
so thats where I’m going!!!
yay!
HOORAY!!! Period.
Ooh, Portugal is nice, WALL-E. And free is very good! ![]()
It’s been so warm today. Looks like the summer is officially here!
Next month, for a friend’s birthday, a whole bunch of us are going to Thorpe Park which will be amazing! We went there years ago as a school trip (don’t know what we were supposed to learn, though) and it’s one of my favourite memories of high school, so to be returning at the end of Sixth Form when we’re all going our separate ways seems rather apt.
Going to watch TF2 tomorrow.
The next day: Going to relatives wedding=WORK, WORK, AND MORE WORK.
The next day: COLLEGE!!
