Tangled

It happens with most Disney dolls. It is disappointing, but I’ll take what I can get.

Yes, don’t know why! But I haven’t seen a proper one.

My cabin mates and I at camp found a Barbie doll head, it had Disney on the back of it, so we assumed it was a Disney Princess doll. It was supposed to be Ariel, but her face looked really different and strange.

8D Odd, usually the Ariel dolls have the most accurate faces. The Jasmine who is now available at the Disney store is PERFECT. I asked for it for my birthday!

I haven’t seen that one.

Except her shoes aren’t golden. :frowning:

Oh, but she’s acceptable!

She’s perfect, except for her shoes.

So, just wondering, is there any possibility of Tangled being one of our movie nights?

Why not? Well, I’ve never been in one, so I can’t talk.

Because her shoes are gold in the movie.

And I don’t participate either, but I think they should do Tangled.

Virginia- I brought up the idea on the movie night thread, and everyone loved the idea, it will be a movie night movie this summer, and maybe How to Train Your Dragon as well.

That happeend to my Kida doll, the small plastic non-barbie one that I’m extremely proud of. Her face is off, slightly Asian and slightly dull-looking.

Nope, no good at drawling, especially cowboy drawling, but I am a very good drawer.

Ah, I’m sorry. I just wish I had a doll of Kida period, with or without proper face!! 8D

Hahaha, excellent!

I feel like Rapunzel. School is my tower, and it seems like I won’t be free till I’m thirty, with grad school and all…and then I’ll probably end up becoming a creative writing professor, and although I will have to publish to remain so, will I be able to publish what I really want to? And the reason I’d be a professor (besides the money), is to be surrounded by college girls just like I was when I was in college (which will be the past then but is the present now). So there’s the college girls here within my reach whom I can’t be anything more than friends with, than the ones in the future whom I won’t be able to be anything more than a professor to…

And yet girls are the reason I do everything, the reason I’m going through grad school (if I go three), the reason I have not capitulated and am still taking this summer class when I desperately want to be at home writing my novel, the reason I continue on through all this muck. Even the reason I write, to an extent.

I watch movies that have hot girls in them for that reason alone, when I watch movies that aaren’t aanimaated, that is. Someone on one site said they don’t know anyone who does that, but they don’t know me, so…

So basically, girls are my raison d’ etre. But all I will ever be aable to do is dreaam of them. Though I guess tht’s for the best.

Sometimes I feel that way but then i remember it would be worse to be rapunzel.

And thats awesome that you like creative writing. So do I. I not good at it but I enjoy it. Some people think that it would be a waist of time to go to college for that but then who wouldve written the script for Tangled?

Well I did love this movie because of how it was realy relatable especially to teenagers. The part where she has a massive, bipolar-worthy mood swing, I was like, ‘I totally get that!’ I just love how she’s so naive. Hopefully this helps in reducing the number of dumb blonde jokes (they’re so funny but kinda mean!)

I feel bad for blonde haired people.

I don’t. Why should you? Everybody is stereotyped. We should pay no attention to that.

So blondes are dumb? Well, a lot of the most intelligent girls I know are blonde. The only dumb people is the one who thin hair color has any relation to IQ.

So, dear blondies, pay no attention to that people. They’re just too dumb. You rule!

I love blonde people! Some of the best people Ive met are blonde!
