That Rapunzel’s hair must be waaaaaaay heavy…

But, shouldn’t her hair be cut? I do understand why they did the long hair, but sticking to continuity it would make more sense for her to have short hair.
Exactly. I’m sure alot of people will probably prefer the longer hair opposed to the shorter one. I kind of see that more with the character.
In general, people going to Disneyland would rather have a picture with the tradmarked long hair Rapunzel, like she was for the entire movie, than what she was for the last 3 minutes.
I agree, I guess they could also have another girl in a Rapunzel dress, but the other one would be more populer.
As I said I understand the reasons why. Even personally I prefer the long haired and blonde Rapunzel, I am just thinking how it would work with continuity (which it doesn’t, unless she wears a wig).
It’s like the Prince in Beauty and the Beasst. Would you rather have a picture with the Beast (I know I would), or with a guy dressed in his formal attire?
Though with Rapunzel, sadly none of the girls playing her at the parks are able to make her as wide-eyed as Glen Keane’s designs.

Great example! And yes, unfortunetly her eyes can’t be copied! That’s probably why the Disneyland Rapunzel looks so much older than the movie Rapunzel.
Even if I’m not a huge fan of the song (don’t dislike it either, though), that was pretty well-edited. 
The Disney parks Rapunzels seem…ugly to me. But, then all the princesses are a;ways ugly to me in real life.
How long do you think it take to wash her hair?
