Whenever I see the princesses in real life, they just seem gross to me. I don’t know why, but they’re always ugly to me.
I wonder how much they get payed to smile.
Probably minimum wage.
I would having to smile that much when I’m not in the mood.
To me, it would be the bestest job in the world if I got to be Belle at a Disney park. <3
That would be a fun job, but hugging a bunch of strangers would make me nervous. Even if most of them are kids, which I love.
Really? It wouldn’t bother me. Honestly, as messed up as this sounds, I only mind hugging people who are close to me, ie my parents and people like that.
Actually, I think entertainers and face characters get paid more than minimum wage, at least $10 or $12 per hour. Not that I’ve looked into jobs in the parks or anything…
I probably wouldn’t want to do it since I wouldn’t feel comfortable around people I’m not close with.
I’m the opposite. I would much rather hug random people than those I’m well acquainted with. I guess I’m crazy.
And to have to act happy all the time…to have to mask your sadness, anger, pain or discomfort in the poofy dress with a plastic Disney smile…shudder
