That first and fateful day...

Whenever your first day of school was, share your experience, whether it’s a new school or just

another go around. How was it? I sure had fun staying in a one room all day doing nothing :unamused:

Shouldn’t this

go back into the “back to school topic”? But oh well.

I really enjoyed my first day of school.

It was great to see all my friends (and enemies) again. I am going into my Junior year in High School, and people

say it is the hardest. I kind of agree with them, but I’m not worried.

Getting up was the hard part since

I was so used to sleeping in. I left thirty minutes before school started, but it was still crowded. But I

managed to get to school on time. First class was Physics. It was cool, I love my teacher. Next was my language

class. It was nice to see my teacher again after she went on her maternity leave. It was also good to know that

the jerks in my language class have finally gone. Classical Choir was fun. All we did was sing. English class was

okay. My teacher was very sweet, but put every troublemaker in my school and put it in that class. Yep, that is

my class, but I am a good boy. History is boring. I wish I had Sarah Vowell teaching me because my teacher is

very old. Last is math. It was alright, but I got jocks and cheerleaders who treat this class like a

joke.

In other news on my first day, everyone in my class figured out that I am obsessed with the

Incredibles in just one day.

Worst part of the day was finding out that my form tutor/English teacher is very ill and

won’t be coming back for quite a long while.

Best part was finding out that we have a new chemistry

teacher, and that he is way better than our old one, who’s lesson plan was to write up to five sentences on the

board for us to copy down. She would then bugger off to have a cup of tea.

And our new planners are puke

yellow. WHOOO!!!

God Love Agendas & Planners!!

I’m currently on my seventh Agenda, and the sixth from my second middle school (My High School & University

just didn’t have very big ones, so I kept getting better one from my old Middle School!)

Yea, I started this

post soley for the experience of that very first day. I figured the “back to school” one was for all

the anxiety before it.

My first day stunk - pretty boring, and overwhelming. My second day was great

though. Hope all my school days are like today’s!

Well for everyone out there who really hates school, cheer

up. Something good will happen to you guys. It always does.

I don’t

think you’re the only one… I love history, and I always had nice, fun history teachers, but I still wish I

could take Sarah Vowell for history, because she makes history fun. She and my junior college history professor

would get along well, I think…

My first day was just another go around. It’s my second year at Liberty

University, and classes always start on a Wednesday around here, which means convocation (a fancy word for

chapel), which means Jerry is preaching… the only thing different between this year and last is that I started

the year with a job, and so in addition to 15 credits, I’m working 17.5 hours a week at a job I have little clue

how to do. I work in Media Services, who are the ones to do technical support for when the professor can’t get

the computer and the projector to communicate… I can check out microphones, projectors, etc. with the best of

them, though! At least, when the job is quiet - and it’s dead quiet most nights - I can get my homework done, or

surf the 'net…
