The Food Thread!

I’ve heard of Chipotle. Like seen it on TV shows and such, but I’ve never been to one. I might try them though. I’m just turned off from any Mexican fast food, since I’ve been spoiled by all the great Mexican food we have hear due to the large amount of Mexican immigrants with their delicious cuisine.

And Native Foods DEFINTELY sounds like a California thing! I’m not into the whole vegan thing though.

Really? That’s weird. We have both Taco Johns and Taco Bell. I like Taco Johns better.

Anyhere like Denny’s?

I had ham for dinner and my dad did something different cause it was really good!

They still have Taco Johns where you live? We haven’t had one down here since 2001 because they closed down! But they had the best tater tots I’ve had in my life, and the tacos were great as well. Taco Bell is good, but Taco Johns was God. :stuck_out_tongue: LOL

Probably everything that is sweet.

I really like Nandos, come to think of it. My friends hang out there sometimes. I know one person who can eat the spiciest chicken they have with no sauce or anything.

I ate some of those Cutie oranges. Their very good. Problem is their also very small.

One of my new favorite meals to make is Jamaican jerk seitan with Jamaican spice beans and rice. I made it for the first time this weekend and man was it delicious. I seasoned and baked my own seitan and then made a tasty marinade. I could eat this stuff daily.

Right now I’m eating tomato soup with some leftover macaroni elbows thrown in. I only have an hour for lunch between classes Mondays and Wednesdays, so I want something easy I can throw in the microwave. This will probably be on the menu most days.

Sounds nice^^.

That’s interesting! I’ve never had any sort of Jamaican food.

I always loved Ice Cream.

Ice Cream can be good^^.

Drumsticks are awesome.

So is Edy’s

It may seem intimidating, but it’s quite tasty. Lots of interesting spices that come together nicely.

I love Drumsticks!

Talking about ice creams, have I told you that my mother grew up on a factory of them?

Her parents owned the brand, and she tells that she could eat about 10 ice creams a day when she was little.

She really loves ice creams. I like them, but I think they’re a little overrated.

I have never seen Drumsticks in NZ. Or Edy’s

My mum (and I am sort of helping) is making Quiche for dinner.

I am going to search up Drumsticks. The quiche was so yummy that I ate.
