For lunch I’m making tofu omelets with caramelized onions and homemade smoky maple bacon bits. Bacon bits that are found in stores are often actually vegetarian, so if my meatless bacon bits sound strange to you… they’re not! They’re so delicious and the color looks just like bacon bits, not like those weird bright red ones.

I want to sprinkle my bacon bits on glazed doughnuts and cupcakes and eveeeerything!

I reccommend you miso soup, sushi, or pork tonkatsu. Those are my favorite japanese dishes.
