The inside of Haunt's head

I lied (but only a little).

Meant to take pictures of this last week. This is my animation table up in the senior studio.

This is the labeled version.

Break time over. Back to work x.X.

~Haunt~

Fantastic stuff, Haunt! Your animations are really great! The movements are nice and smooth and you bring a lot of life to your characters.

Nice studio space! It’s cool that you have your place to work. I live in the computer labs at school since I’m primarily a 3D animator.

^ Thank you so much! I’ve really been working hard to get personalities to show through. And yes, I love my little table, but if I didn’t love drawing so much I probably would have majored in CG animation. I still love to model and rig though.

Will you be posting any of your animation soon? There aren’t many animators on this forum (at least at the moment ) and I love to have more discussions/crits.

I have a love/hate relationship with modeling and rigging. haha

I will be, yes. May post some animation tests soon actually. I’ll have some final pieces to post during winter break.

Do you have Skype or some kind of IM? We could talk animation then.

My warm up doodle before my animation class the other day. Spoonbills dancing and one very tiny trumpet-playing gator. Oh, there will more of this. Much more

Wow! Looks good! I wish I could draw like you (I know someday I will). Awesome! And Louis looks cool too!

Good and accurate work. Expressive characters. These birds are very funny!

Life studies of Ron.

One of the models at my school died, which is a massive bummer.
He’s been coming to the illustration department for at least 20 years, posing for both figure (in the buff mind you) and for creative classes. He was the most expressive and most dynamic of all our models. As artists we were always thankful he was willing to give his time and effort so that we could hone our skills. He was also a great guy, friendly and outgoing. He’ll be greatly missed by all of CCS.
R.I.P. brother.

Wow, I just love the dancing spoonbills and Mini-Louis pic, it looks so natural and fluid! I’d be interested if you’re up for a ‘dance-cycle’ or something with any of the characters from PATF, but it’s up to you!

My condolences to your life-drawing poser. Very nice sketches, you’ve got a good grasp of the human anatomy.

And nice to have a peek at your headquarters! I like the labels you gave your items!

^ I was rather tempted to animate them - the fact that I drew it on pegged paper didn’t help - but I stopped myself. Didn’t have time to during finals though. and I won’ have time during break either. Thanks for the comment though. I’m glad they look like they could be movie lol
