Welcome to the Planet, alycia96! You’re gonna have an awesome time here!
Thanks, rachelcakes1985!
Hey, thedriveintheatre!
I remember seeing you around the Wall-E forum
Hey guys, I’m back! Yeah, I’m back early. Apparently our family holiday was just about food instead of a vacation. However, I really am enjoying it. Plus, I can attend PPMN! Yippee! I miss you guys, y’know that?
Hey alycia96! Welcome to the boards!
A massive welcome to everyone new who I’ve missed! It’s great to see so many new members on the boards.
And yes, I’m back too from my two week trip to Thailand. I’ll probably write more about it in the travel thread, but basically it was amazing. Working at the orphanage with those little kids for two weeks was incredible, especially considering how loving they are and how much they appreciate the work that we did for them. Plus, I made a few trips to other parts of Thailand so I got to see more than just the small town we were working in.
It’s good to be back, though!
Welcome back, lizardgirl! Glad you had a great trip!
Hi everyone, I joined yesterday but just noticed this thread.
My love of Pixar brought me here and I just had to register so I could talk to people with the same interests
Welcome to Pixar Planet The Speck. I can guarentee you will love it here.
Thanks for the warm welcome The Star Swordsman.
Hello, i’m a huge fan of every Pixar film and glad to find that there are so many fans around! Toy Story will always be my fav!
Welcome to the boards, The Speck! Loving your username and avatar.
And a welcome to you too, The Doctor! Toy Story is my favourite Pixar film, too. High five!
Thanks, I’m glad you like it. Took me ages to find a picture of the speck
There’s a Doctor in the house? Welcome to Pixar Planet.
Hello from Washington DC!
Actually, I’m in Virginia right now, but I’m about half an hour from the capital of the good 'ol US of A, so I’m virtually in the captial. I’ve tried to be online in New York, but WiFi is really, really bad over there. :S But I hope to catch up of 4 pages worth of new posts since I’ve gone…
Hey, hey, hey, I’m back from my journey to the Far East everyone! Well, more like Up North, but anyway, I’ve returned from my trip to China, and when I’m less lazy and have more time, I may post a short account and maybe a photo or two (I have an interesting Pixar-related anecdote to share with you!), but as of now I’m officially wasted. Well, if you don’t count catching up on the forums as a particularly taxing activity.
I’ll probably be busier than ever, hanging out with my friends and family and checking out the island; there’s always something new everytime I return, since my last visit three malls have opened and the two Intergrated Resorts (read: Casinos) are due to open beginning next year, so there’s plenty of things to do! But rest assured I’ll pop by from time to time, check out on the Pixar Planet Awards progress, get a mash-up trailer/music video or two before year’s end, and chatter with you guys about the usual upcoming movies this holiday season. I think 2009 is going to end on a high, I can’t wait!
Phileas: Glad you’re American trip is going well. Have you met any of our members Stateside? I’m surprised the Big Apple has poor Internet accessibility, but anyway, it’s cool you’re in the Heart of the Nation. Be sure to shortsheet the POTUS’ bed if you ever tour the White House!
lizardgirl: I went to Bangkok a couple of years back. Very crowded and packed, pretty much like any Southeast Asia city really, but the people there are very kind and friendly. The best Tom Yum I’ve ever tasted is at their airport, if my memory serves correct.
wannabechef91: Argh, you attended PPMN, I’m so envious! Anyway, selamat kembali (In my knowledge of Malay, I’m not quite sure if there’s a term for Welcome Back… ).
alycia96: Your sig looks familiar, would you happen to have the same username on Wall-E Forums? Anyway, welcome again!
The Speck: Welcome! Love your avatar, would it happen to be the first frame of the traditional Disney Cinderella Castle opening logo?
The Doctor: Welcome! You wouldn’t happen to like that show with the time-traveller and phone booth would you?
Welcome back, TDIT! You were definitely missed while you were gone (and I believe I said that last time you returned )! Great to know you had an awesome time in China, I’d love to visit a foreign place like that!
Phileas: Dang, too bad I didn’t live farther south… New York is probably the closest you could get to where I live. It would have been awesome to meet up with one of the greatest programmers we have on these boards, and you’re such a cool person anyway! Hope your trip has been fun and enjoyable so far, America is definitely a great place to tour and visit!
little chef
Actually it’s a speck from Finding Nemo but now you’ve pointed it out, I can’t stop seeing the castle
First of all, welcome back TDIT! So, how’s China? I heard it’s a wonderful place for holiday! And yeah, terima kasih (Thanks). And nope, I did not attend PPMN as the alarm clock didn’t work. However, I will attend another PPMN featuring Up some other time… Glad have you back TDIT
The Speck: Welcome to the boards, The Speck!
P/S: Sorry guys for inactive these days. Kinda stuck with holiday business.
Welcome back, TDIT! waves high above the crowd of Pixar Planeteers
Nice to see you back on the boards, thedriveintheatre!
Hey Andre! Glad to hear you had a good time in China and arrived home safely. Sure, I’d love to look at any photos from your trip.
