Hey guys! I haven’t not been on here, in forever. It seems. I really wish I had more time to dedicate to the site. I’ve just finished my first month at the University of California, Davis. It’s been a blast. I’ve really been busy with the schoolwork (quarter system, intense), adjusting to a new place, and joining a Fraternity.
I can’t guarantee how much I’ll be on, but I sincerely want to pop by more often!
Yes, but…I’m trying to get the house cleaned. And I gotta get my room redone before Christmas time.

Good day, folks. I’m Cardiac, a new user (clearly). Not the best at introductions (clearly), but let’s give it a shot, shall we?
I’m 23 years old. An Asian. Blunt. Ill-tempered. Unsociable. Enjoy movies and anime. And I’m currently trying to get back into writing fan fiction… specifically one that’s been written inside my mind for the past… what is it now? Five to seven years, perhaps? Never really got past chapter two. But registering here, I’m hoping to make a change of some sorts…
I er, have a fear of writing. Failing, actually. And a fear of being an amateur. Part of being an idealist is that, you’d want everything to be perfect - including your own creative work. This can become a kind of hindrance sometimes when your own work is never good enough for you. Ah, sorry, I’m digressing from the reason I’m here. Ahem.
I want to start fresh. Write something casual that could perhaps boost my confidence again. And since I do have an interest of some sorts in Pixar movies, I thought I’d write a Pixar-related fan fiction and share it with you guys, see what you think. I’m not exactly sure what this would accomplish in the long run. It’s rather a gamble I’m playing with myself, I guess. If I fail again this time… well, maybe in another five to seven years then, hm? 
Nice to meet you all. By the way, my favorite Pixar film is The Incredibles; favorite short film is Red’s Dream. Always have a neck for the melancholic and depressing stories, I do. Tee-hee.

It looks as if we’ve got some older members (in terms of date joined) who may have been away for quite some time, but are just now suddenly starting to make a return. Is there an explanation for that from what I am seeing here (on these boards)?

I have been gone for like one or two months! I am so sorry, and I will try to at least make one post per day. I missed all of you guys so much. Its school and stuff that prevents me from going on, and now that it is going to be the 6 week holidays in 2 weeks I’ll be on much more than I was.

The only explanation I could think of, evspixarfan2012, is that Christmas is nearing and some people might be getting off of school and such soon enough. I’m not sure why, though.

I haven’t changed my sig in 1.5 years. Avatar hasn’t changed in just above 2 years. Hell, I didn’t even come back to do Crossoverstravaganza #3 (I think I’m going to do it soon, as in maybe a week from now? Stay tuned…). But for now, I’m here. How long will I stay? Forever. I hope. Reddit is pretty addicting to be honest. It’s good to be back, however. So much has changed! So much is new! I’ve changed! You’ve changed! It’s like meeting an old friend for the first time in 5 years. It’s got that new car smell, but that old car feel. Ah yes. I’m excited!
