Welcome to Pixar Planet, “Zuki”! Please help yourself to some oatmeal cookies on the counter, and care not to tred on the rats underfoot.
Heheh. Your name is going to be really easy to remember. I once had a rat that went by the name of “Suki”, a cognomen that is very similar to “Zuki”! Hee hee.
I’ve already introduced myself on like the first page, but I keep randomly disappearing soooo…
Let’s try this again =D
I’m Tay =) I’m not really a fan of Pixar, I’ve just been following the boards around forever. I joined back when it was I-Kronos, then it was Luxo, then it disappeared and I was sad. XD I recognize some people like Dash, DElf, Pixar Vixen, Sammeh ('cause she’s like one of my best friends haha), etc.
Soooo yeah. I like horses (heee) and drawing, music, anime, manga, etc. (I also like saying ‘etc’ XD). I own a horse. His name is Clue. =D I love making graphics on GIMP.
I’m a happy person who love puzzles, plush toys, collecting, making various things with paper in various ways, drawing and many other things. I want to produce, direct and design T.V. series when I’m an adult. My favourite Pixar movies are(in order of release): Monsters Inc(I wish they would make a video of the entire “company play”), Finding Nemo(except for this one scene which even to this day I haven’t actually watched) and Ratatouille(I love rodent films).
My favourite animals include Dolphins, some birds and anything that is small and fuzzy, I love those cute, squeaky little rodents(I have a high pitched voice so I wonder what they think when I do that while talking to them)
I’m pleased to meet everyone
(If you want to know, I’ll gladly say what my username means)
Welcome to PP, MiniChuchan! You have a really great set of interests, there. I’m sure you’ll fit in here well. I would love to know what your username means.
I have a guess of what you name means. Mini (tiny) Chu (the name of a character or something) Chan (something that goes at the end of every name in Japan)?
“Chan” wouldn’t go at the end of every name, only children or your significant other. It’s an endearing term. So you wouldn’t want to put at at the end of your boss’ name, for example. But good guess. I think you are on the right track.
Chan is the informal version of san. Chan is more commonly used for girls. San is also used, but it is more formal. It can translate out to Mr, or Mrs. etc.
FONY–Thank you =D Yay more horsey lovers! Do you ride? I just got my horse last Thursday haha.
Mitch–Thanks ;DD
Zuki–Thank yaah.
TSS-- Thank you.
=]
And you all can call me Tay. It’s easier than typing out Abbervail Dream. =/
Thank you everyone. I’m sure I’ll enjoy it here. The meaning behind my username is: Mini means, well mini. I love tiny things and at 5 foot 6 I’m 3-6 inches too short to properly use my house(My dad’s the ideal height for it and my mom is about the minimum height for easy use) so that and the fact that previous issues with my posture mean that while I’ve almost stopped growing now I’m still abit shorter than both of my parents, I’m some what mini myself.
Chu is the Japanese word for what rodents say(I’ve been stugying Japanese for about 5 and a half years now), kind of like squeak except only used as an animal voice. That’s in there because I love things with rodents and other small animals and I’m squeaky too.
Chan is, as was mentioned, a Japanese suffex that you put after the name of: young children, girls of any age(I’m a girl), or some one you’re close too.
So you could interprite it as “small squeaky girl”
By the way hello to all the rats on the floor.
(don’t worry I’ll watch where I step)
