The Little Mermaid on DVD

Do you have it on DVD? or VHS? If you’ve still got it on

VHS, I’d get the DVD, if only because tapes wear out, and I’m surprised that yours has survived this long. I

got the movie on VHS when it was brand new, and it died years ago.

Mitch: I

have the answers to your question…

[spoil]Upcoming direct-to-video releases are:

The Little Mermaid III, Cinderella III: A Twist in Time

(which actually seems to have a plot that’s interesting on the surface), and Tinker

Bell, where Tink will actually speak, and is planned to become the first in a series of

“Disney Fairies” videos.[/spoil]

KyrieEleison: Ohh…haha. I know about all those. My dad works at Disney Studios

from time to time, so he’s all “in the know” on what’s happening over there. Heck, I know the plot

lines of most of those films that you mentioned. (They’re horrible.) :stuck_out_tongue:

I was just wondering what films

Disney will come out with after they’re done making those horrible sequels. I suppose I wasn’t clear enough on

all of the information when writing my last message. Thank you for listing some information anyway, though.

KE: Hey thanks for your advice.

I’ll be sure to take it into consideration.

Mitch, I keep forgetting about your dad…

I’ll agree with you about LM3 and TB, but you’re sure

that C3 has a bad plot? I thought it sounded kinda interesting… but I suppose it could also sound like a bad

fanfiction…

Ohh…it’s perfectly all right.

Yep, the plot is pretty bad for a sequel,

which, coincidentally, isn’t surprising. I’m not sure if I would be allowed to reveal the backstory of

Cinderella 3 or not, as the Disney executives might get on my case if they ever

found out that I revealed…umm…“secret information”. But either way, it’s bad. :stuck_out_tongue:

Ya never know.

Sometimes, bad ideas can turned into good ones if done correctly and perfectly.

The Star

Swordsman: Mmm…you do have a point there.

Yeah the trailer for LM3 looked pretty

cheap.

Pocahontas 2 i thought was okay. The first time I saw it anyway. After that it just wasnt good

anymore and I got rid of the tape. Same thing with my Aladdin 3 (king of theives) one…

Pochahontas 2 was one of the worst Disney sequels ever made, besides

Tarzan 2, that is. At least, it is in my opinion. :stuck_out_tongue:

However, and

surprisingly enough, I love Aladdin and the King of Thieves. I think that there is

something about the father-son theme that I like…

Disney sequels in my opinon had no heart put

into it. The reason why it was done was to make money. I feel that one must be commited to make a wonderful

sequel. I mean, just look at TS2. That was a very well done sequel, and look how much money it made.

TLM IS

AWSOME!
