I do not like her at all. She kind of ruined it for me. I thought the film was still amazing though.
Since Enchanted, I’ve found her annoying.
She was the reason why I never watched enchanted.
I don’t recommend it^^, but back on topic, I think they did a good job with The Muppets.
To get back on my way, I can go Statler and Waldorf on her, but I usually just use my fandom of S&W to make fun of the movie.
I finally got to see this movie yesterday. I loved it! I especially loved all the songs (except for Tex Richman’s rap. That was weird). My favorite part was probably the song Man or Muppet. During that song, my little brother (who is four years old) yelled out, “That’s creepy!” and the whole theater laughed.
Man or Muppet was my favorite song too^^.
I did like Man or muppet, but i preferred pictures in my head, it made me want to
(but i didn’t though )
I liked all the songs in it, except for Richman’s rap.
I’ll admit it, when I first saw the movie, I cried when Pictures In My Head came on.
And, although I didn’t care for the version of Richman’s rap that was in the movie, I like the version on the soundtrack better because it’s A LOT longer, and it actually gives some back story as to why Tex Richman hates the Muppets so much.
Saw this movie last night and loved it! All the songs were good, IMO. I think Life’s a Happy Song, Party For One and Man or Muppet were my favorites. What do you guys have against Amy Adams, though, just curious? I liked her a lot in Enchanted…
I don’t know, I’ve just always found her a bit annoying. She’s not a bad actress, I just don’t really like her.
Oh that is cool. I haven’t seen it yet.
YES! I think you & I have the same favorite songs from that movie.
Yay! high-five Party For One just makes me laugh, because that’s totally me when I’m by myself.
Me, too. That song totally describes me when I’m by myself.
Kermit the Frog was on The Colbert Report, promoting the DVD release. It was hilarious!
I finally saw it, and I loved it. The film with quite a simple plotline, great musical numbers, meta and not jokes, touching moments, and in whole very light-hearted, funny and kind - that’s what the Muppet film shoud be like. I loved that they got back the Muppets who were out of spotlight for a long time, and that human characters didn’t steal the show. Only the ending seemed too abrupt for me. But maybe it’s just for me. Otherwise, the movie is great.
Glad you enjoyed it! I liked the movie for all those reasons too!
That’s a perfect way of describing it Grifoshka !
