I wish I can take great pictures like you guys. I just
suck with photography.

Who, me? I use a digital SLR camera with 4 different
lenses. And then I think about how I compose the picture, the golden section and that sort of thing 
. I have a
105 mm macro lens for the close up photos and a 70-300 mm zoom lens for subjects far away. And I just really
enjoy looking for motifs to photograph .

are so welcome THe Loner. I try my best to observe the pics as best as i can so i can take a least one incredible
pic.
I’m sure you can take good pictures when you put your heart to it . And even if photography
isn’t your strongest side I’m sure there’s something else you are really good at!
I
guess you are right Loner. I do have a lot of things I am good at. I don’t need to be jealous of other people’s
stationary art.

The Star Swordsman - I think I know how you feel. When I see beautiful
drawings made by other people I get a bit envious and wish I could draw like that, but I’m not very good at
drawing. Though if I really put my mind and heart to it I can draw somehing nice,
but drawing is not my strongest side!
I think each individual needs to find out
what he/she is good at, work with that and be proud of that .

You know, to tell you the truth, lightning flashes especially that happen in the clouds
are not that fast at all to capture. Its quite easy for me to make photos of that type of lightning.
But
lightning that hits the ground is more of a challenge for me to capture since most of the time, they are much
less persistent strikes than the other type of ones I mentioned in the above paragraph.
I do have other
ones that are better than this. But i’m limited on the amount I have captured since the area where I live does
not see that many storms days at all. If they do come, they will basically come all at the same time!
Ah, I thought
lightning would be something impossible to capture since lightning is really fast.

Welp, like I had told the owner of PP,
is only skill I have.
Of course usually the ‘real’ professional lightning photographers use a little more
sophiscated camera equipment that supposed to have very little time exposures allowing them to capture lightning
strikes (Including ground) as at the speed of light.
Well the other day I got “Inspried” to take a picture so good. It looked like a pro took it. The worthy subject for my picture was a Sega Genesis Version 2. Here are the pictures:
