Finely the movie is near Release Date. I’ve been waiting for this movie since way early this year. Im gade to see that Big Idea has been able to make a new Movie for the Big Screen. The Pirates Who Don’t Do Anything used to be a Silly songs With Larry which is very popular. Also I think the Jonah movie is partly the reason the they chose to make a movie about The Pirates Who Don’t Do Anything. So what your guys thought about it?
Meh, I watch childish things but never Veggie Tales. I have heard the song of ‘Pirates Who Don’t Do Anything’ from my friend, and the million videos on Youtube that they put to PotC. It’s … overdone.
I dont watch Veggie Tales, mainly because I’m a little old for them. Although I do kind of find the happy smiling tomato (Bob, right?) amusing when I see pics of it. I dont know why.
The only reason I’m going to see this film is for, well, two reasons actually:
1) I’m a rabid VeggieTales fan and have been a supporter of the Big Idea studio for…ohh…eight years or more.
2) I have to spend my free time on something!
So yeah, those are my pitiful reasons. And, yes, I still watch VeggieTales and I’m proud of it! The only reason I buy them is for my younger sister, but it ain’t a crime to peek in on the fun every once in a while.
Big Idea Productions is, perhaps, the only other computer-based studio that I admire (besides Pixar) for their ability to insert adult-oriented jokes within their kid friendly material. It makes for a refreshing change in the entertainment medium.
In a nutshell, I’ll go see it for the humor, to support the company, and because I have nothing else to do with my life on Saturdays. (snigger)
Yes, well, I took a closer look at this film via its official website, and it turns out that it actually seems to be…pretty cute! I was laughing my head off during one of the tv spots…

You’d have to see the clip to get it, but yeah, it was pretty hilarious. (Then again, I laugh at almost anything.)

Due to the fact that there is next to nothing else out there to watch in theaters, and because my sister and I are bored out of our minds, we’re definitely going to see it now. We’ll probably bring our little sister along so as not to look too…stupid. (snigger)
