The Pixar Story at the Alamo

It sounds like you enjoyed yourself, JV.

However, I wish you would have gone into a bit more detail about the movie itself, and elaborated more on each part of your experience… Maybe if you took just a little bit more time to work on the report, it would have made for a better read? There was no rush with reading this report, really.

I’m not trying to be nasty or anything, it’s just that if you have the opportunity to attend things that other people don’t, then it’s sort of your duty to make them feel like they were there, and fill them in on things they didn’t get to see themselves. Don’t you agree?

On another note, I hope this documentary gets an international release - even if it only plays in one little cinema per capital city, I’ll be happy. Who’s going to see it in the US when it comes to their town?

Pleased you had a great time, JV! It must’ve been quite an experience. But what exactly was the film about? What new things did you learn? And what sort of questions were asked in the Q and A section?

JV: Are you missing in action or sick or something? I know a lot of us want to know what questions were asked in the Q&A and an in-depth review of The Pixar Story doco itself.

All the best,

me

JV - I’m glad that you enjoyed yourself, JV! However, I also would like to have heard a little bit more about the presentation itself and what was behind its inner workings. Yes, just a pinch more information would have been adequate/nice.

rachel - I might attend, but it ultiimately comes down to whether or not my family and I have enough…er…dough to make an appearance at the event. I won’t be too disappointed if I don’t get a chance to, though, since it seems as if the documentary will be presented in DVD format in the future. However, if I do attend I’ll let you guys know.

JV? Taps the screen Yoo hoo! What’s happened? You’ve posted on your blog. Why are you not visiting the forums? You always visit the forums. Are you ignoring us? I’d hate it if you were ignoring us.

JV, I wanna smack you senseless. :imp:

On October 15, you posted your Pixar Story report, although we caught you blogspamming (in addition to other actions). Then you proceeded to mysteriously disappear and completely ignore our members’ inquiries about your experience for half a month, yet you continued to lurk around our forum everyday (You can’t hide from all of us). And if you think wishing Dash a Happy Birthday will save your reputation here, you are gravely mistaken.

Unlike somebody such as Mitch, who generously pours her heart and soul into her reports because she wants to share with members who are unable to attend special events, you selfishly keep information to yourself and brag about your fortune, as if to rub it in our faces. Funny how you never forget to mention autographs and junk.

As for your news blog, I share Thomas’s pain because you also plagiarized an entry I published MYSELF, right down to the image. I can’t believe certain members are still supporting you when they should’ve wised up to your crap a long time ago. It seems to run in the family, whom I’ll never understand, but we’ve covered that. If Pete Doctor had any idea who he…Sheesh.

I’m locking this thread because you had more than a chance to speak. You’re lucky I’m not the boss.
