so, here comes a question to all those of you who
like to picture out the relationship between our favourite characters, lightning and sally.
since both
have a strong personality, what do you think - how will their relationship (at least the movie suggests one) be?
how will they get on with each other…? would their relationship be stable, affectionate and loving, or are they
likely to run into trouble? how do they spend their time together (i mean, apart from the obvious - because i’m
not talkin of THAT 
…) - i. e. what do they have in common? hobbies, likings,
jobs, etc…? sitting together in front of the tv on evenings, just like an old married couple? what are your
ideas?

As my fanfiction suggests , Lightning and Sally will try to hide their
relationship from the press , which will soon fail , as usual . I guess everybody thinks they would probably go
for drives a lot , like they did in the movie . With the drive-in redone , they will watch films ( possibly
horror , after all , I know most of you guys go to those movies with your girl friends because you know they’ll
be grabbing on to you for half the movie ) , I know a total duh-duh-duh 
. I thinking that they moght not
have much time for eachother though , with the wheel well and the cozy cone and the training and all . That’s
all I can think of at the moment .
I think that
the two will struggle in their relationship. Lightning still wannts to be the best racer, but Sally demands a lot
of attention from him. I would predict conflict in this relationship.
Woah ! I was thinking something under the lines of ’ would like , but understands … ’ but
not demand . Sounds a bit , selfish , don’t you think ?
I also think their dreams will interact . After
all , Lightning wants to be a famous racecars while Sally doesn’t want to be in the fast lane . This is mostly
why that idea of marrying and having children isn’t my forte ; it would probably be better for them ( and
possible future children ) if they wait intil lightning is no longer a racecar .
