I played today and I built a house which probably is my best. I forgot to get a picture. :blush:

I built my first house in a couple of months… it felt really good to jump back into build mode and try to work with a budget. I guess that’s why I’ll be studying Architecture at university next year. 8D


The house is placed in a really modern part of town, which is why everything’s black and white, except for the car. I was going to make that white but my sim is a total diva so I figured purple would suit her better.

Nice house! I’ve tried building my own home on Sims but it turned out awful. :laughing: So, I moved out and now I usually just make additions to pre-made houses instead. I’ll try and take a picture of my favourite one to show. :slight_smile: Anybody want to share pictures of their actual Sim characters?

I would but I don’t have a thing on the computer thst can take photos while in the game. There is a camera on The Sims. But only one picture shows up. :cry:

Edit: OK, I finally got some pictures! I tried to keep them fairly small and I put them in spoiler tags just to make things easier.

This is the first marriage I had in the game…

And this is the house of that family (my favourite home so far)…

And this is the couple that lives in that home…

I totally adore that picture because they aren’t a very intimate couple (it was so hard to get her pregnant!) and it is just super cute. :mrgreen:

Thanks. :slight_smile: Simself? Like one that looks like me? I did actually, the one in the first picture was myself as a Sim. :stuck_out_tongue: Sorry, I’m afraid I have no idea. I just press the ‘C’ key in my game, have you tried that?

Simslef is you make yourself in the Sims. I have pressed the C button. But when I look in the folder there is only one photo out of 5.

All the pictures that you take using the C key should be stored under
My Documents > EA Games > The Sims 2 > Storytelling

I played Sims everyday now. and my simslef had a baby boy. Named Andrew. And the girl that lived with me had a baby girl named Amelia. Her and me are pregnant for another baby. :smiley:

Nice! Maybe you could share some pics of the kids when they get a bit older. :smiley: My one Sim has the ‘surrounded by family’ lifetime wish so our house is full of kids right now! Currently there are two teens, a child and a toddler. I think I just need one more child because the first one wasn’t raised from birth.

I always hope for a girl too, so I usually cheat to make sure my first child is a female. 8D OK! I’ll share some pictures of my kids after I play tonight. :slight_smile:
