Guys, I highly advise you to go to Toys R us like soon. I went there today, and they had every collection piece! Every single Toy Story Collection!!! (I made sure!). Also things like Twitch, Sparks, and Chunk. They even had misc. stuff, like that Woody Guitar Replica, and Etches and Slinkys.

I wished I had an unlimited wallet to buy everything. However, I only had enough money for two.

I decided to forget the Hasbro one and just get the TSC one. I have to say, he looks really good in person, and maybe someday I will make custom eyes and get someone to fix his legs. One thing I hated was his twist ties around his arms. I litterally had to get a knife and saw them off.

You should notice I got a Jessie, completing the Round-Up gang!! The one I picked up was absolutely flawless. (I also want to say I love this shot!)

My entire Toy Story Collection. Next stop, Aliens, then Lotso!!

Is it possible to put the TSC Potato Head’s pieces on a regular Hasbro Potato Head? 'Cause there are elements of both of them I happen to like

You could if you cut off/unscrewed the pegs off, but the catch there is the pieces are completly different sizes. The TSC Plastic Spud is easily 2-3 inches taller (Not including attached shoes) than Hasbro’s original Plastic Spud. So the pieces would literally be huge on him. Plus, the general shape is a LOT different between the two. But In theory, it could be done, but it would take a bit of time and effort, and it honestly probably wouldn’t look very good.

He does not disappoint, if you haven’t got him, you should. I highly recommend it.
I do plan to get Buzz in the future, since I know my Target is stocked up with these.

Do any of you guys think using a brown Sharpie (permanent marker, for you non-US folks) would work for coloring in the standard Slink’s ears?

Kyle mentioned it earlier, but Sharpie’s use VERY low grade ink. I’ve had personal experience with trying to use Sharpie markers on fabric, and every time it smears everywhere, on everything.

What i’d suggest is getting brown acrylic paint (if you don’t have some around) and mix a bit of water in it to make a sort of Dye mixture. I’ve tried this putting stripes on a shirt, and it worked pretty well. Good part is as long as you put enough water, it’ll wash right off Slink’s head if you get any on him, and it should hold to the inside of the ears. I don’t have Slink yet, but when I get him that is the method i’ll probably try. That or you could just paint them.

Water based paint would probably work as-is without mixing, but I wouldn’t dunk the ears like that. They’d probably absorb the mixture, take forever to dry, and who knows what they’d look like. What would be good is if you got water based paint and simply painted the backs. Wouldn’t take too much time/effort, since it’s not painting a design or anything, you’d only need to be mindful not to get paint on the rest of Slink.

What is the “original hamm” that you mention having?

Is it a figure from the first film? If so, how big is it?

The Disney Store Hamm also isn’t available in Australia and the only plastic Hamm I have managed to find is just 6".

Well I completed a mockup of how it looked like. I couldn’t make it an exact replica, well you get the point.

Anyone else find it odd that the TSC Woody never got a commercial? Only his playtime version got one . I’m gonna make a mockup of that too.

I’ve seen that ad. I too thought it was odd he was the only one that got an ad. But then, he’s also the only one you see outside of Toys R Us usually. Occasionally you see Woody but not often
BTW, I got a new camera yesterday and Jessie decided to play with it
