Thinkway's Toy Story Collection

As awesome as it would be, itd be naive to think that would do it. It’s up to what disney and thinkway propose and what the retailers say yes to.

I bought an open Jessie today on eBay for $18. She doesn’t have her hat, stand, or box, but I still think she was totally worth it. Can’t wait for her to get here!

Kangaroo I can’t private message you it says you have it disabled.

Oh no! Let me fix it up.

As discouraged as I am to hear them officially say their done with the line, with the recent news of the 22 minute Toy Story TV specials coming next year I would have to think they would want to promote it with more toys. Even if their not branded as being part of the TSC line, they could still create accurate replicas. We know from now on they plan to use digital printing to aid with their toys, we’ve seen them use the technique in a number of things not branded with TSC, so I’m hoping we will someday get that U control Zurg. That’s not the only thing I want of course, but it feels like he’s the most likely.

Hey guys! Just to keep you updated! Disney store online are now selling TSC Buttercup Dolly and Mr. pricklepants!

Hi, I know this is obviously not meant for this forum but I am wondering if anyone is going to the San Diego Comic Con this year?
If so please PM me, Thanks a lot.

Attention: AUSTRALIAN Toy Story Collection Collectors

Target have just released their Toy Sale catalogue and they have listed the following TSC figures as being available during the sale:

  • Woody
  • Jessie
  • Buzz (standard, not Utility Belt)
  • Bullseye
  • Rex

The prices range from $55.00 for Woody and Jessie to $69.00 for Rex. The sale starts on the 21st and the catalogue is available to view here:

target.dynamiccatalogue.com.au/c … dCatalogue

It appears that you can buy/lay-buy online so that you don’t miss out on any of the figures.

Would any australians help me out with rex?

I could probably pick up 2 or 3 Rexes if anyone’s interested… it depends of whether or not my store actually gets any in. Last year’s toy sale they had 2 Bullseyes and about 5 each of Woody, Buzz and Jessie. :unamused:

Just warning you though, the shipping costs would be hella expensive. Air mail would be about $40 and Express Post about $60.

so itd be like, 100 shipped?

I’d assume some kind tax, unless its included in price like UK

So they are making Rex now?

I just properly calculated the postage cost based on the weight Amazon says it is, which is 1.6kg. I must’ve calculated a lighter weight before, because the prices are completely different now:

Based on the purchase price ($70, which has the tax included) and the postage costs ($51 for air mail, $35 for sea mail), plus however much the box and packing materials will cost, Rex would be about $125 for air mail and $110 if you don’t mind waiting a while for sea mail.

That’s all in Australian dollars, of course, but the exchange rate between the AUD and USD is pretty much 1:1 at the moment.

Damn! I just bought up all three Rex’s from my local Target for $89! Must be the pre-sale price. I guess I didn’t want to risk going in after the sale starts and not having any there.

Oh well …I have three brand new boxed TSC Rex’s. Does anyone still need them here at PP?

Me, check your PMs

Huh? Rex is available now? :open_mouth:

Can anyone help me. Is the toy story 2 zurg moddeling kit any rarer than the normal
Toy story zurg? They are both made by Thinkaway and the only difference is u need to put him together??? Appreciate the help
