I don’t have the before pick but she had these crack head eyelashes that I cut off and I repainted the eyelids and pupils I painted on eye brows and highered the hat.
My understanding was that there was a Hamm but lack of retailer interest killed it. I believe they are still trying to get it out but it may come down to being a non-electronic still bank.
Sounds good to me. the funny things about this is that I think most of us will benefit from the retailer’s lack of interest, not wanting to carry an overpriced Hamm could mean a stripped down Hamm as he was intended to be in the first place.
I cant remember exactly, as there are a number of insiders on that fourm, but if he’s who I think he is, he works for the shipping company Thinkway uses, so he has inside sources.
Though I see he has a low post count, he could be using a new account or something…
whatever the case, I believe him. And its not like any of this is confirmation. You can be skeptic if you want, but it sounds logical to me.
i agree with you, i’m happy with a Scaled hamm
the only feature i want is to be able to put change in him
and nice details, like in the pictures I loved his Rosie cheeks
Well, I sure hope so. If it is true, then it’s great news. Hamm never needed any electronics in the first place. He should have always been just a regular (in scale) piggy bank for about $20 - $30. I’m sure it they’d have added electronics, he’d have been closer to $50, and while I still would have bought him, I could see that a lot of other people would be turned off by that price. The ONLY cool thing about an electronic Hamm would be Jon Ratzenberger’s voice, but in all honesty, I’d rather just have him without all the extras as long as he was in scale.
