How do you change your time to the right time,I don’t get the GMT thing,because i’m in central time zone. :confused:

GMT is the number of hours you are from Greenwich Meridian Time. Unfortunately, because of daylight savings time, that changes throughout the year.

For right now - Central time is GMT-6

Once we move forward in the spring it will become -6 + 1 = -5 So you will be on GMT-5
