McQueen yes , Doc , well , thatâs another story .
gottalovepixar - Indeed â Doc almost looks like an actor
that I have seen before (I canât remember his name). My sister, on the other hand, says that he looks like Rick
Dicker. I disagreeâŠ
Other than that, I love the picture. As for a picture of Lightning and Sally in
human form, wellâŠI would rather not see them depicted in that form. (snigger)
I can give it a try.
As for the fan art Iâve seen of humanized [i:1vqzm22w]Cars[/i:1vqzm22w] characters⊠Most of
it is anime that doesnât come
close:

Well, I guess
if you can imagine Owen Wilson and Larry the Cable Guy in an outfit similar to the Cars colors, I guess it would
make sense.
Lightningâs
got Lightyear pants!
PixarVixen - Thatâs funny. In the first picture (anime), it looks like the artist
just changed each characterâs hair color to match that of their car counterparts. Bizzare, yet it works.
I canât wait to see your version, PV.
The Star Swordsman - I
agree. They are the characters in human form, so it makes perfect sense.
CarFreak - I know. Isnât that great?
It is
kinda hard for me to tell who is who in the anime one. I had to look at them really carefully.
i just read the bottom, I luv Ramone! he looks awsom!
I did the same thing â I just read the post below the picture in order to
identify who is who. And yeah, Ramon is great, but Strip Weathers is the coolest.
hey, whereâs Mack? i gotta say Mater dosenât look like mater but I love the DRH espaclily
wingo and dj
The problem I have with that drawing though is that all of the characters appear to be
the same age and have the same body shape. Even in car form, the characters of Cars
have distinguishing characteristics, not just assorted hairstyles and outfits. Well, as cars, they wouldnât
have either. But you know what I mean.
~~=oP
PixarVixen - Haha â yeah, I
see what you mean there. They all look like sixteen year olds. Perhaps the artist drew them that way to make them
look moreâŠâattractiveâ.
It iis hard, I think, because you have no idea what their
hair color is, how tall they are, how big they are, or their exact facial features.
Ooh, I could! I love humanizing the
cars!
Pixal Candy:Ok.
Another thing I notice with a lot of the human versions of Cars characters is
that Sally always ends up looking like Mirage to some varying degree. Some have a passing resemblance, others
look like her to the point where you can barely call it Cars art, but not quite Incredibles art at the same time.
Like itâs stuck between two movies.
Well, maybe the
reason why she usually looks like Mirage is because she is beautiful and sometimes, a little seductive like
Mirage.
Someday, I wanna draw Mack, Luigi, and Guido as
humans.
~~=oP
PixarVixen - Why not today?
If I could draw
humans perfectly, Iâd attempt to sketch out a "person"al Lightning McQueen and Guido; unfortunately,
Iâll have to master the pencil a little more first. (snigger)
