yeah, it’s on the Toy Story 2-2 Disc Special Edition. The one that was released around the same time as the 10th Anniversary Edition of the first Toy Story. Maybe it was only on the region 4 version

I remember it, and I have the Reigon 1 DVD (US is reigon 1, right?) I think I got Buzz.

Al-Bob- I say this a lot, but seriosuly, get the Toy Story 10th Anniversary Edition and Toy Story 2 Special Edition DVDs NOW! They are Pixar must haves and they are going in the vault by the end of January '09, it’s a priority!
I’m serious.

I thought it was good how the got the real voice overs not some cheap actors trying to do that voice. Like, on the Lion King DVD, that try hard voice of Zazu got really annoying… I think that role is only meant for Mr. Bean (yes, I know he’s name’s Rowan Atkinson, I just like to call him Mr. Bean)

It’s tough for them to retrieve (retrieve… ) the voice actors/actresses for special spin-offs and appearances unless they have great interests for their roles as well. One of the reasons for this is obviously affiliated with financial purposes. Money. Greens, dollars, yens, whatever you call it. If it is cheap, they won’t return. And if it’s expensive, the crew won’t hire just for the sake of a small special the majority won’t be concerned about.

Fortunately, we have Pi-dax. They always deliver.
