not really even a mistake. But when woody swung from the plane on his string it didnt say anything when he landed on the horse. I would have put it in the background.
I always thought it either got broken or was too faint to be heard compared to the HUGEMONGOUS AIRPLANE DEPARTURE!

That’s a pretty good point, Ambrose2124. I think I’ll go with A113 on this and say that it was because of the noise of the aeroplane meaning that we couldn’t hear it, but do we hear anything else as the plane takes off, such as some of the characters speaking? It’s been a long time since I’ve seen the film, and I honestly can’t remember.
I remember Woody and Jesie having to yell at each other so they could hear, and they were screaming, too, but i don’t think Woody’s quiet pull string could have come anywhere near that volume of sound.
Aaah, yes, I remember. You’re right- they were shouting really loudly, much louder than Woody’s pullstring.
Yeah I caught that too, but I just figured it was either a fluke or there was so much noise you wouldnt hear it.
