About the bookworm: When I was in the stores I saw a similar toy, but it’s not the same one. I think it looked something like this.
I guess this is the Bugsby Reading System. I also got reminded a bit of that popular Bookworm Deluxe PC game when I saw that the character was a bookworm.
I like Chunk too! He’s kinda cute. I’m definitely interested to see how they’re going to juggle all these characters.
Oh! My nephew has that bookworm toy! I wonder its role will be in the movie…
Lee just tweeted that Bookworm is voiced by the voice of Molt, Richard Kind. Good to see him returning to Pixar.
On the Disney Toy Story site, there’s a different render of Big Baby sitting down on the “Explore Characters” tab.
It looks like the same render from the final poster.
Thanks to Lee Unkrich responding to my tweet, we now the voice actor for Chunk. It is Jack Angel, who has been an additional voice in TS, ABL, TS2, MI, and Cars. He also played Thud in the ABL video game. This made my day!
