^exactly. you know how tedious it would be to put in hidden shapes like that? it wouldn’t be worth it, especially if they were so vague almost no one could pick up on it in the first place, not even the people who worked on the film.
its all bogus. even a lot of the infamous ones we grew up hearing. There’s no sex in the Lon King, its SFX, the name of the effects department. even the little mermaid thing, I’m sorry but its just a shape of a castle point, I honestly don’t think it was intentional. there has been intentional stuff in the past, but I don’t believe these are one of them. But I can at least see why some might believe it.
The ones in this video however, I have a hard time believing he wants to be taken seriously.

Sadly, lies are being spread just for publicity. The Disney stuff is STILL going around my school like wildwire. I’m pretty sure it’s been cleared up since the 90’s.
If theres any subliminal messaging in TS3 its to go buy barbies… And to be honest I have noticed a trend in people buying barbies after seeing the film

Let me get this out ONCE AND FOR ALL. That “Sex” in TLK is SFX, a signature of the special effects people. The “priest’s…um, ‘upper’” is his knee. The “phallic symbol” in The Little Mermaid poster was a mistake by a rushed artist. Seriously, people have incredibly dirty minds and WAY too much time on their hands. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS WORLD!?
By the way, the name for the effect where you see patters in random structure is called pareidolia. My favorite use is, while lying in bed trying to sleep, looking at the popcorn ceiling and trying to find faces and objects. Whenever I see something, look away, and then try to find it again it’s usually impossible to do so.

Pixar loves The Shining (maybe this was the work of Lee Unkrich). The other Shining references are the number 237 in Toy Story 3, and the carpet texture in Sid’s house (possibly just a coincidence, since it was the carpet in one of the animator’s childhood homes).
