Yeah, I know. I didn’t believe it was a real poster myself, either, till I saw the 3 on it. The fake ones had the creators trying to manipulate the 2 from Toy Story 2 into the 3. However, the 3’s on those fake ones look out of shape, and you could tell straight away that it isn’t official.
Something like this obvious phony:

Lol and also look at the poster, Tom Hanks and Tim Allen’s names are on opposite ends of the poster… it should be the other way around. Lol

That has to be fake. It was probably just made after the official logo was released.
Also, I’m pretty sure the poster in the first post is real, because they use a similar blue gradient on the official website.
Yeah, but it’s no doubt that the second poster I posted is real.

That is not a poster, its just the logo, really.
I would think that a real poster would have at least 1 or some of the new characters on it, not just the logo and the classic characters. If it’s new, shouldn’t the poster have something new on it?
That is like saying a paper with only a letter written on it is not a paper but only a simple alphabet. It’s a poster advertising the logo of Toy Story 3. Henceforth, by definition, it is a poster.

this is the only real, official poster I know of that was released.
I don’t think that last one counts, it was just a logo on a white backdrop. it was released to help the press get the word out but not to actually make posters to hang on walls. but I could be wrong. more importantly it didnt have a release date or year or anything.
This one hangs at Disney’s MGM so you know its real. wish I had a digital version of this.
by the way, one of those fake posters are using my logo I think. if you look at my icon over to the left there, I created that one before the official one released. I made it by using the 2 as a base, tracing over it in vector and manipulating the curves to look like a 3 using the same font. but there’s a sharp edge I was never able to get rid of for some reason, no matter how much I tried. it was only visible when downscaled a lot for some reason, you couldn’t see it when in full high res, but it was more obvious when made small, so I recognise that one as mine.
