Toy Story/Clue game crossover?

I have this Idea down on the fanart area, but I kinda wanted to share out this idea over here, feel free to move or delete if it’s in the wrong area

At first the Idea churned out like this:

At SunnySide a Toy as been Murdered! A toy named Losto! Will you find out who did it?

Was it Woody (Prof.Plum) with the Thread and Needle
Or was it Mrs Potato Head (Mrs White) with the Scissors?
Could it be Mr.Rex (Rev.Green) with the Tweezers?
Maybe it was Miss Dolly (Mrs Peacock) with the Heavy Torch
Or Maybe it was Colonel Hamm (Colonel Mustard) with the Sharp Pencil
…Or then it could Just be Miss Jessie (Miss Scarlett) with the Lego Block!

But then I got to talking with a good friend of mine, so we sent out an email to Pixar themselves (doubt they’ll read if but as long as it’s out there)

I’ve been thinking about this while at work and thought it’d be an awesome game, as I wrote down the plot, cast and tools of the job on Pixar Planet, then I got to thinking…using the term “murder” isn’t really a kid friendly term (even if Lotso is the target)

So I talked with a very good friend of mine, his name is Jordan Mooney and had a funny chat on how Rex wouldn’t comment such a thing (with his role as the Prof.Plum of the lot) and he mentioned instead of Murder, how about locked in the toy box, why I didn’t think of that I have no idea!

So I asked what’s the tools? once again he was on a roll with “sticky tape” “hair clip” “key” “Lincoln logs shoved into the keyhole” and such!

And as for the location we thought about SunnySide, Andy’s Room, Bonnie’s room and even the garden, still planning about it.

I like it. While murder has been brought up in the films (“you murdering dog”), it seems a little out of place in this scenario. But I like the idea, it’s original.

Ooh, the “locking up in the box” idea is great! I can definitely say that if Pixar makes it, I’ll buy it for sure! And hey, one of my best PixarPlanet friends has been trying to get an Up Lego set made – and he’s actually gotten as far as talking with a Pixarian on the idea! So who knows? Good luck!

Talking about this made me think that maybe a crime solving story could be a nice plot for a Toy Story Toon.

And maybe just like the film clue, in diffrent cinemas they’ll be diffrent endings!
