On the 20th of October Lightning Eclipse may not be available (she said that Mondays probably wouldn’t be good for her) and Pixar.rocks and Rachel are not available at the same time.

Well, I can make the 20th, but only out of school hours, so I’ll probably be busy from 7:00am to about 4:00pm. I’m willing to get up early if needs be, or sometime late in the night is possible if necessary.
lizardgirl - Will you be busy from 7:00am to 4:00pm every weekday in October? Do you have any holidays? I’ll add this information to the calendar.
Ummm, no, I don’t think so. I mean, I don’t see any reason why I’d be unavailable on weekends. I usually have nothing going on. Like I said, as long as it’s not around like, 6:30 (p.m) my time, my schedule should be open on weekends.
I could do Monday’s. (Honestly, my dad’s schedule changes so much we never know WHEN he’s going to take his day’s off) The one issue with the 20th is it’s my dad’s birthday. It’s possible he’ll be working, but I know in the evening, we’ll probably go somewhere.
…Basically, morning’s or afternoon’s probably work best for me. ^^;
Peter, I’m getting a bit confused when you say a specific date… if you wanted it on the 8th, could you let me know what time then I can let you know if I can make it or if I can make it a bit earlier or later…? Same with the 20th. Thanks. I think it would be a good idea if you listed the times like we did in the other thread with the different time zones.
It looks like lizardgirl isn’t going to be available during the times I was proposing earlier. During the entire month of October, there’s no time when we’re all available. I’ll try to find some times when the most people will be able to attend.
Minor update: My trip was shortened, I’m now coming back on October 14th.
I’ve got a bit of good news: During the week (Mon - Wed + Fri) I’ve decided to get up early and start the session at 7am - 8am, as long as we are finished by 8:30am because then I have to get ready to leave the house. Thursdays I can start at 7 - 7:30am, as long as we have finished up by 8am. This would probably be better with organising the practice session, but not the actual Toy Story session as it will be too rushed for me to record in the mornings. It might actually work out better since the house is nice and quiet in the mornings on the weekdays.
Also, I will be free on the last Thursday of the month - October 30th - (I think I stated that I wouldn’t be) any time from 2pm - 11pm (as long as we are finished by 11pm.)
I may even be able to start from 12:30pm on weekdays, and some weekdays I have free all together, but you have to ask me specifically so I can look at my calendar to let you know what time in the day is the earliest I would be able to record.
Hope this helps at least a little bit. =)

qxgnxamy- Sometimes I come home a bit earlier, and sometimes I get to have a lie-in so I go in later, but it all depends on my timetable.
If you want, I’m happy to tell you exactly what days I go in late and so on. The 31st is a good day for me, as I’m actually on half term then, so I’m off college for a week, commencing on the 27th.
There’s a chance that I’ll be asked to work, but my work is pretty flexible so I’ll try and make sure that I have that day off, just in case. But right now, I’m free on the 31st.

So you have no classes from the 27th to the 31st?
qxgnxamy- Yup, no classes for that week. But because it’s half term, I usually end up working a couple of extra days, I’ve got my driving theory on the morning of the 30th, and I’ll be heading up to London on one day and Oxford on another, though exactly when those two outings will be, I’m not sure of yet.
But it does mean that if you want me to do a late night in that week, it’s much more possible for me.
And here’s my timetable. It’s a little complicated, as it’s a two-week rota thing, but if we start off with saying this this week is Week 1, next week is Week 2, the following week is back to Week 1 and so on.
Week 1
Monday- 7:00am to 4:00pm
Tuesday- 7:00am to 4:00pm
Wednesday- 7:00am to 2:00pm
Thursday- 7:00am to 5:00pm
Friday- 11:00am to 3:30pm

Thanks for those times, Peter. I think it will be too early in the month for everyone to do the TS commentary on Oct 3, even though I could do it then… I’d be happy to do some research and turn up and we can do a practice then the TS commentary straight after while everyone is there… The 31st - I’m out (relatives staying over.) but Oct 29th will be fine for me.
The practice commentary times: Looks like they’re all in the morning - that’s fine, just as long as it’s all finished an hour later on the Thursday. The other weekdays don’t have to finish till 8:30am (my time.)
Next Friday (international times) I can do the TS commentary from 7:30am - 10:30am, as long as it is finished by then, so there’s another option. This might not suit thedriveintheatre, though…
If anyone’s schedule changes please let us know especially if it’s more towards the middle of the month so we can change the calendar accordingly. I’ll let you know which free days I have coming up, too.
I’d like to announce a practice commentary on Tin Toy at the usual time this Friday/Saturday. Please let us know if you’re available. It would be good if we could have as many people as possible participate in this practice.
