Hello everyone!
…I was wanting to start off my presence on this website with a bang and a paragraph-long greeting, but unfortunately, I don’t have that kind of time.
You know what they say, big things come in small packages.
So, my first actual statement is that on December 22, 1995, a Utahn newspaper summed up the production of a 3-D animated motion picture, but mostly focusing on Edwin Catmull’s backstory on why/how he got into Toy Story’s production in the first place.
One of the pictures shown off was a side-by-side comparison of three basic animation stages: Wireframe, rendering/details, and the other aspects that make it desirable to watch. This photo is that, minus the third picture because that’s already in the final product.
If the majority vote says to put in the third picture, then I will do just that.
Happy Toy Story’s production’s 30th anniversary!
