Hi all,

At long last this thread is back. I apologize it took me so long but it was a big thread and I had to go through every last post. I’m sure you’ll find that it’s the same great thread you remember - and it really is a great thread.

I want you to know that it was originally my intention to permanently remove this thread. However, two things came to my attention.

  1. I realized how important it was to you guys, which makes it important to me.

  2. I found out one of my mods made a promise to you guys that it wouldn’t close and I stand by my mods and their actions no matter what. I hope everyone takes notice of that because I like to use opportunities like this that my mods speak with my voice and I want them to have the total respect that they’ve earned.

^ I believe he put actual beads for eyes instead on sewn-on like it was, and added real buttons on Dolly.

Yeah that’s what I did I sowed on real buttons and glued on real eyes for dolly and put actual beads on him and made real buttons for him.

SRS, posted a new video on YouTube of his collection, he got Plush Wheezy,Etch, & Old Bucket ‘O’ Soldiers. It’s kinda weird because I thought he couldn’t do that stuff anymore. :confused:

Sup guys, I’m back!
Turns out I only needed to take a break till the beginning of November, not December!!

Anyway, I made some updates while I was gone.

I got the big Etch and plush Wheezy. Although Wheezy isnt made out of the ruber like he is in the movie, he’s to scale and looks right, I like him

I got a Slinky. I removed his body string and head string. I also colored his ears with a Crayola Brown Magic Marker. It surprisingly looks really good!! (The light in that picture makes it look okay)

Not sure if it applies to this thread, simply because I don’t know too much about the product, but I know most everyone comes through here and it is in the right ballpark.

Best Buy has an exclusive 3 pack with plushes of Lotso, Dolly, and the Peas. It’s $17.99, and $5 when you buy the TS3 DVD/Blu-Ray. Since they arn’t out yet and the info is limited, I’m not sure if ANY of them are to scale, but Lotso certainly isn’t. But they’ll be released tommorow with the DVD/Blu-Rays, so I figured it’d be worth mentioning at least.

Yes!! I hope I can find this there!! Who knows, maybe this Dolly is a rag doll with real buttons, felt hair, googly eyes and everything! The Lotso and Peas are not such a big deal though, because there are already many in-scale versions of them out there.

SRS, how did you know what to look for to get the large etch-a-sketch? I’d like to get one once I can afford to, but I wouldn’t know how or where to get one. I’m afraid of buying one online and have it not be the correct size.

I just got the only Etch of Sketch my Disney Store had. It came in a Toy Story 1 packaging. It sticks out of the box, and if you bring a ruler, you should measure:

9 inches long

7.5 inches tall
