The proportions seem to all be correct, but he seems to be about 2-3 inches too short compared to the one in the movie. Still, there are hardly any Rockys on the market…
I think it’s worth, just because he’s rare, but I feel he isn’t movie accurate in terms of size (this figure seems to be 6 in, movie is approx. 12 in.) But hey, it’s really up to you. 
No, he was even smaller. Around 3-4 inches. And I don’t think he was 12’’ in the movie, because he was a lot smaller than Buzz.
He’s 8 inches in the movie. A good sized rocky doesn’t exist, that one isn’t worth the money, and won’t look good with a collection. My two cents.

It’s not the Medicom Rocky, though, It’s the TRU exclusive. He’s only about 3-4 inches.
He is TINY. My TRU is filled with em’. Not that great, not worth the $$ IMO.

I have one that is green like that but has pink on it(you have probably seen it) I’ve almost finished it I just need to sow on the purple strip.
