Toy Story Replicas (No trading-related posts please)

the robot is perfect size his head spins the brain under the plastic is glow in the dark clay so it lights up i love him so much (=

^^ Sounds cool, I always thought of using some sort of florescent paint to make his eyes glow as they do in the movie. I would love to get him but I’m just too poor to afford him right now :frowning:

Here are some pictures of my collection so far.

I’m going to get a new bookcase soon to seperate my Muppet and Toy Story collections.

Wow awesome  where does the fishing rod come from?XD

Nice collection, Muppetaz

Someone here selling their On Ice Lenny? I noticed one on ebay and the Troikas were in the background.

I bought a Disney On Ice Lenny from that seller. He’s very good at packaging his items.

I got my Lenny for 15 bucks hehe lol anywho today,I was aiming to get some build trixie parts because of the 2 for 20 bucks deal. But unfortunately they seemingly did not have them in stock yet so I got the disney store exc. Bullyseye I just love him! However I think he may be a little too big. :unamused: But of course my Jessie and Woddy are the toy story 2 version from beyond so that may be the reason.Lol so anyone have any build trixie parts for scale to other characters?Im wondering how big she is compared to the others.

According to the following picture, I would say she is 8" tall (including horns) ^^

The Build a Trixie is under scale you can tell by looking at any one of the pieces.

thanx :nerd:

Has anyone bought one of these? Something looks just a tad off about them to me… I think it’s the width of the head, but I’m not sure. It still looks great, but for that much money, I’d expect perfection.

I bough one but not that high and it is simply perfect (=

^Can you post a picture of him on the Toy Story Collection Photo Share forum? We’d really appreciate it.

I also got the Robot from her and I can say initially I wasn’t as happy with it as I would like to be. I agree, the head doesn’t look wide enough, but I’m happy that I have something I thought I would never lay my hands on and that’s enough for me. And I also didn’t pay that much

The whole thing looks stretched vertically to me. I wouldn’t even pay 50 bucks for it. And for that asking price I would expect the build quality to be much higher. It has a hacked together fan made look to it that I just couldn’t justify.

Well you know how to make someone feel bad about buying something…

I gotta agree with Kyle on this one for the price I expect excellent quality.

At the end of the day, if you are happy with it, it doesn’t really matter what anyone else has to say about it.

I personally wouldn’t pay that much for it…but I also understand willingness to compromise on perfection, when you start to wittle down to 1 or two characters you are missing. I have debated whether I can someday justify dropping $1500 for a robot prototype, and if I could recover enough of the investment to not be labeled insane

Yea, I guess I did pay a lot for it but I am happy with him. I mean where else can you get him? LOL!
I’m happy that I got the first prototype before the price went up though.

I’m receiving these soon from her too

Mrs. Potato Head has her pieces glued to TSC Mr. Potato Head pegs so I consider this the only accurate Mrs. Potato Head out there
She should have the hat done soon as well
