If I remember right, you have to unscrew the base, and then there are two screws in each foot (four in all) that hold him to the base. Those screws can be removed, remove him from the base, and then you can use those same four screws to keep his feet soles on his feet. -Omar

No, I believe that would interfere with his electronics; you can remove Buzz’s only because it’s a hollow plastic base.
