Taken from Upcoming Pixar:
Post your video entries here! I’m going to make an entry for fun later.
My one on here is called “Adventure” very…inspired title
It’s alright for what they give you to work with, but it’s nothing special. After all, it’s only for fun.
Enjoy, it should still be there! “Adventure”
The contest is an exercise in both fun and frustration. Fun because we get an online editor to mash TS clips and send it for a contest. Frustration because:
But other than that, it’s a pleasant diversion. I whipped up mine after a few trial-and-error in the last hour. It’s “Stinky Pete’s Sucker Punch”. Look out for the user ‘thedriveintheatre’ and the screenshot icon of S.P. throwing a knuckle sandwich.
P.S. I believe I saw thewisecookiesheet’s entry somewhere in the submissions…
Yeah, the video editor isn’t the most user-friendly, and for some reason the clips finish a second too early so you end up with Woody saying “This is ludicr-”. But the neat thing about the maker is you get to watch scenes without the movie soundtrack.
Nevertheless your video was lol-worthy, thedriveintheatre! Explosions are your trademark.
I love the use of military music, Mark-E!
Mine’s called “TS YouTube Poop”. My editing was all mixed up too. =(
This is a pretty cool idea, despite all the problems thedriveintheatre pointed out. I started editing a video but I’m rubbish at this sort of thing and gave up. Good luck to anyone from Pixar Planet and from the States who enters this!
I did one! Look for “Scary Story”
Really neat-o transitions in your video, annarborjack!
There is one video mash-up that I laughed my socks off at. It’s called “Butte” created by Nick on 02/10/09.
LOL, that was actually my video! I wasn’t really taking the contest seriously when I was submitting mine, but it’s nice to see that someone liked it.
Ah! Great job, Flik-E! That video was really funny. I must’ve watched it a handful of times.
Orly? Sweet!
I couldn’t find my vid after an hour of submitting. A:?
Twas fun to do though
The contest is done but there still letting people do mashups.
