I was Watching my 10th anniversey Toy story dvd and There were some randy newman songs that wren’t used in Toy story Such as Plastic spaceman which was orignally In place of I will go sailing no more it even had some of the same lyrics in it And The fool which was In place of Strange things The song was A Jazz blues type song the reason why these were replaced are unknown But these songs aren’t on youtube Shame these are really good songs
After messing with the bonus features, I noticed how the Plastic Spaceman theme muzzled its way into the main score of the original two films. Did you notice that? I love listening to the dumped songs. 
Some things I noticed were that scores from The Empire Strikes Back and Back to the Future were implemented in early animation stages (I’m pretty sure there was another one, but I haven’t watched it in a while).
There was also just a plain piano version of You’ve Got a Friend In Me was used in the beginning originally (possibly just a fill-in). It’s interesting that Randy Newman plays that one during live performances.
