Appearance, it’s a close one, but I definitely go for Dug in terms of personality, he’s fantastic. Wall•E’s just super adorable, and his longing for EVE is pretty great, but Dug,… spoiler free version, is just Dug. He’s pretty much designed to be everyone’s favorite character, and it’s pulled off better than most would expect (but Carl’s still my fave!), which I like.

Unfotionately, I have to agree with ffdude1906. Although I just love Wall-E, Dug for some reason endures longer than he does.

Easy poll, WALL-E. Dug talked too much, and by definition WALL-E is exactly the opposite. His cuteness is apparent even without one-liners and attempts to emulate pet behavior.

I picked Wall-E because that’s still my favorite movie. Don’t get me wrong, Dug is a great character, but in my opinion, Wall-E is better.

I won’t pick just yet, not having seen Up, but from what I’ve seen so far of Dug he does seem like a very sweet character. Then again, I’m not sure if anything could beat WALL-E’s adorable attempts at appeasing EVE…So I dunno!

Wall-E. I think they’re both great characters, but Wall-E’s sweet innocence appeals to me more than Dug’s.

I LOVE dogs.
After Dug was on screen for about 30 seconds, I loved him. He rocks!

Sorry Wall-e. You rock too, but I love dogs more than robots.

Now I’ve watched Up I can make a fair decision, and I had to vote for WALL-E. Dug is really sweet, but I’m not a dog person and WALL-E is actually designed to be ultimately cute.

Dug was funny and all, but I like WALL-E more. WALL-E is just so adorable and cute and like lizardgirl, I’m not really a dog person either.

Dug, mainly because I love dogs(and cats as well), Wall-E was a great character but wasn’t cute to me.

Wall-e is definetly my favorite, I like Dug but Wall-e is so much cuter to me. I’m not saying that I’m not a dog person. (I have 2 golden retrievers) Wall-e is just so adorable and innocent.
