False. Iāve watched all the movies at least once, but I canāt really count myself as a fan. But Iād say itās one of the best film series ever made. First three produced (IV, V, VI) had the best storylines, next three (I, II, III) had the best visual effects.
My work colleagues and I were talking about the Disney takeover and the future direction of Star Wars. They were quite cynical about the next films. I also told them the order of how to watch the series for someone who hasnāt seen it before, according to a Wired article: [spoil]Episode IV, V, I, II, III, VI. That way you donāt spoil the reveal that Anakin grows up to become Darth Vader, and after V, we get to see how Anakin grew up, concluding with the grand finale.[/spoil]
