For this semester, I have been really hoked on three shows: Leverage: A story about a mastermind, gifter, hitter, hacker, and theif, stealing from bad guys and giving back to the people who need it most (combine Robin hood and oceans 11), Dark Blue: 4 undercover cops crossing the line both physically and mentally every case, and Inside the NFL: a recap of last week’s games and highlights.

Pranked
The Ultimate Fighter 10
UFC
The Fairly Odd parents
Family Guy

Im watching Cake Wars now. good stuff!
Danny Phantom
Science of the Movies
Myth Busters
Man vs. Wild
I LOVE Glee! It’s already one of my favorite shows of the new fall season. (Last night’s episode was amazing)
Last night I caught the premiere of ABC’s (or in Oz’s case, the broadcaster is 7) new show Flash Forward. It’s… absolutely breathtaking. Extra-ordinary! Especially the first half! It was almost like watching a freakin’ movie! I loved the car chase (John Cho: “Car! Car! Car!” ), and watching Joseph Fiennes look confused as he runs around an apocalyptic Los Angeles. The scene with the kangaroo was so surreal, and I caught the Lost reference! (It’s the [spoil]Oceanic Airline billboard during the stakeout[/spoil])
The emotional cores of each story also packs a whallop, and can get quite chilling at some parts as bits of the future start to become true. Each character has a reason to look forward to or fear the future, and I can’t wait to see how they resolve the twist in the cliffhanger ending! Just hope it doesn’t become like another Heroes/Prison Break/Lost, although I read the producers promised everything will be tied up by season’s end. Even if they discontinue the show, they may even figure out a way to get all the info out for fans, so I’m hopeful at this point.
I watched The Apprentice Australia after that, and it carried on pretty late. It was not particularly exciting, although it was fun watching contestants digging holes in front of the MCA (Museum of Contemporary Art).
Lookin’ forward to NCIS LA and a new season of Celebrity Masterchef Australia!
True Life, Nitro Circus, Pranked
I haven’t watch FlashForward yet, but the trailer sure make me to watch 'em online. Singapore premiering 'em on 4th of October and Malaysian TV, hmmm, no news about it yet.
Holly cow, the opening episode of Season 7 for NCIS was the best I’ve seen for the series ever! I’m not much of a fan to begin with (more like casual, since I watch it whenever there’s nothing on Tuesday nights), but this episode just blew me away! It follows from last season’s plotline where one of their agents (Ziva) has gone MIA after resigning.
DiNozzo decides to conduct his own investigation into her disappearance, dragging his colleagues McGee and Abby along for the ride. The promos promised something shocking within the first minute, and while it didn’t quite surprise me, it was still quite an attention-grabbing opening.
Needless to say, DiNozzo has become a captive of a terrorist, who is interrogating him about NCIS and their knowledge on his operations. And so, the entire episode recounts the events leading up to this very moment, with DiNozzo’s usual brand of smart-*ss witticisms thrown in. Every ad break, another twist is delivered in the tale, and it just gets better and better. It’s an excellent primer for those new to the show (I for one am still trying to remember the names of some of the characters), and other than a jarring event involving Gibbs traveling an impossible distance in a short time for the climax, the ending is one of the best I’ve seen for any TV show in recent memory. This is storytelling at its finest, and the writing for this particular episode is film-level.
Any followers of Jethro and Co. here?
Sign me in! I am not really follow the series very often, but if I have time, I wouldn’t miss the chance to watch it. Currently, here in Malaysia, it’s not yet Season 7, but I’m positive they will air it after Christmas.
BTW, any Reaper fans here?

I’m watching “World’s Strictest Parents”
Funny show!
wannabechef: Wow, they have NCIS in M’sia too? Cool beans! I hope you guys get Flash Forward, it’s beyond awesome…
CMB: Funny, they have an Oz version too, though I don’t follow it cos’ those brats can be so annoying…
Wowee, the NCIS Los Angeles pilot was smokin’! Fantastic opening, and awesome twist at the end! I like the ‘buddy cop’ chemistry between Chris and Cool J, and the other characters are interesting too. But one particular team member stood out to me, “Operations Manager” Henrietta ‘Hetty’ Lange, played by Linda Hunt. One only has to watch this episode to see which Pixar character she resembles…
TDIT: WHAT??? You guys got NCIS: LA??? That is freakin’ awesome! My oh my, I want one of that!!! D8
Yeah, we have one here on 8TV and currently it’s Season 6.
I watched the Office season 1-5 all during the last two weeks. Also watch Heroes, Lost and some House.
